Job Description: 

JOB SUMMARY

This role is responsible for managing the global revenue for Cash Management Products. The individual will play a key part in the evolution of pricing and billing capabilities with strong focus on enhancing pricing and billing system capabilities, ensuring pricing effectiveness and strengthening pricing and billing controls.  

RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
The individual is expected to manage at a group wide level:
•    Drive pricing and billing product / system enhancement(s) as CPO 
•    Commercialise billing system capabilities, revenue and data initiatives 
•    Development and end to end execution of Cash Pricing and Billing initiatives globally

•    This includes working with cross functional stakeholders (Product, Coverage, Technology, COO, CFCC etc) across markets to drive initiatives to grow and protect cash management revenue while adhering to and maintaining strong governance, risk and control oversight.  

Business

Drives the origination and execution of Cash Pricing and Billing initiatives globally
•    Identify pricing opportunities from data insights 
•    Work closely with country cash product partners to review opportunities to grow fee and interest 
•    Support the execution / remediation of initiatives 
•    Tracking revenue returns from fee initiatives 

Commercialise Pricing and Billing system, revenue and data initiatives 
•    Increase Pricing and Billing system and data usage from country stakeholders
•    Develop and maintain marketing materials – e.g. broadcast communications, video and external client material 
•    Monitor market trends and competition to drive competitiveness

Processes
Pricing and Billing system enhancement
•    Identify enhancement with country product and sales partners based on client needs and industry trends.
•    Support the continuous development and optimisation of pricing and billing capabilities 
•    Partner with Tech and Ops teams to streamline the process to improve operational efficiency around pricing and billing workaround 
•    Work with Partner with Tech and Ops teams to manage and remediate issues

Risk Management

•    Proactively address regulator, reputational and ethical matters by offering informed advice and guidance to stakeholders, ensuring they understand the associated risks.
•    Embed the Group’s values and code of conduct and develop a robust culture to ensure that adherence with the highest standards of ethics, and compliance with relevant policies, processes and regulations among team members. 
•    Ensure that Risk Management matters are subject to direct remedial action and/or ensure adequate escalation to Regional / Country Banking Heads and Group/governance committees, as appropriate

Governance 

•    Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the Group’s arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls in the business and, if necessary, oversee changes in these areas
•    Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
•    Responsible for delivering ‘effective governance’; capability to challenge fellow executives effectively; and willingness to work with any local regulators in an open and cooperative manner.

Our Ideal Candidate 

 

  • University Graduate
  • 8+ years of banking experience
  • Strong background in TB - FI / Clearing products and pricing strategies
  • Preferably with experience in FI / Clearing space in Corporate and Investment Banking Cash Management Product Management, Sales or RM profile/roles. Alternatively, candidates with strong experience working with Tech and Ops with core Cash background particularly in the FI / Clearing space are also suitable.
