Job Summary

We are seeking a senior sales-driven leader to accelerate digital and hybrid sales performance across our affluent portfolio — including Wealth, Deposits, and Affluent Segments.
This is not a traditional marketing role. This is a sales optimisation and growth leadership role: shaping end-to-end funnels, influencing product squads, driving frontline alignment, and ensuring every campaign translates into real sales outcomes.

Digital knowledge is a plus — but the core requirement is someone who understands:
• How sales teams think
• How affluent customers decide
• How to remove friction in the journey
• How to convert leads into funded accounts and invested AUM
• How to challenge stakeholders until results move

Key Responsibilities

1. Own Sales Throughput Across Affluent Products
• Drive conversion across Wealth (FX, RSP, UT, DPM), Deposits (CASA, Bonus$aver, TD) and Priority / Priority Private segments.
• Analyse funnel at each stage.
• Push relentlessly for higher funding rates, higher activation, and cross-sell performance.
• Champion “next best product” journeys to boost multi-product AUM.

2. Lead a Team of Campaign Managers

• Guide juniors on how to translate marketing activity into sales results.
• Coach them on sales thinking: objection handling, urgency creation, and move from “task-based” execution to “sales outcome accountability.”

3. Partner Closely with Product Owners & Frontline
• Work with POs, Relationship Managers, Affluent Teams to optimise NTB journeys.
• Run monthly sales deep-dives to improve conversions.

4. Translate Data into Sales Insight
• Work with our data champions, use dashboards, CDP segments, and analytics to diagnose revenue opportunities.
• Recommend clear sales actions (targeted segments, product bundles, lead prioritisation).
• Ensure experiments and A/B tests are tied to sales, not vanity metrics.

5. Influence the Entire Conversion Ecosystem
Work with:
• Product.
• Media & Owned Channels.
• Martech.
• Creative Studio.
• Agency partners.
Ensure every stakeholder understands the “sales why” behind campaigns.
• Remove operational blockers that slow down customer conversion.

6. Improve Sales Journeys & Customer Experience
• Review landing pages, banners, and call scripts for clarity and customer persuasion.
• Identify frictions in digital flows or offline onboarding and drive fixes.
• Push for experimentation that enhances from intent to application to funding to AUM.”

What Success Looks Like
• Improved conversion rates across all affluent journeys.
• Higher funded accounts & AUM from digital leads.
• Faster turnaround from application to activation.
• Strong partnership with frontline teams & product.
• Clear sales playbooks and repeatable growth patterns.
• Better quality leads and reduced wastage.
• Predictable, stable revenue contribution from digital channels.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 8+ years in sales, growth, sales strategy, sales operations, or frontline advisory roles.
• Strong exposure to affluent or wealth products (FX, UT, investment advisory, insurance, deposits).

• Worked with MarTech, CDP, or performance dashboards.
• Exposure to digital onboarding and online-to-offline journeys.

• Understanding of affluent customer needs

• Wealth product knowledge

• Regulatory and compliance familiarity for wealth product sales

• Experience with digital channels, analytics tools, or campaign execution.
• Experience managing or supporting revenue teams, frontline teams, or sales funnels.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and “get things moving.”
• Excellent commercial instinct and customer persuasion skills.

Role Specific Technical Competencies

• Sales-first mindset
• Strong commercial instinct
• Comfortable working with senior frontline leaders
• High accountability for outcomes
• Structured problem solving
• Clear communication & persuasion
• Ability to drive urgency
• Comfort with numbers & funnels
• Coach / mentor mindset
