Job Summary

•    This is a senior enterprise-level product leadership role at the centre of the bank’s Financial Institutions Clearing and PayTech franchise, combining global ownership of the institutional TBFX product suite (SCPRISMFX) with horizontal leadership role across Institutional Products.
•    Operating at the intersection of Cash, Markets, Sales, Technology, Operations, Risk and Coverage, the role is fully accountable for building and scaling the institutional cross-currency (TBFX / SC PrismFX) product franchise as a core revenue engine, covering key FX-embedded cross border payment capabilities across Bank and Paytech clients. Products include auto-convert, held rates, pre-booked FX, preferred correspondent programmes and related institutional FX capabilities. This includes end-to-end ownership of strategy, product design, commercial performance, pricing discipline, product governance, risk management and multi-year roadmap delivery.
•    In parallel, the role carries a deliberate horizontal mandate across Institutional Payment Products, driven by the global operating model. With the Global Head based in New York and the core product, technology and operations teams located primarily in Singapore, Malaysia and India, the role acts as a critical anchor for execution, decision-making and alignment across timezones. This includes working across FI Clearing and PayTech product verticals to ensure consistency of execution, integrated client solutions and disciplined delivery. The role holder will maintain continuity of direction, risk discipline and execution across global teams, and ensuring the business operates with pace and clarity despite geographic distribution.
•    This is a high-impact leadership position, requiring a candidate who can operate with authority, influence senior stakeholders, and translate strategy into disciplined execution at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•    Define and lead the global institutional TBFX strategy as a core growth engine, positioning cross-currency capabilities as a fundamental enabler of institutional cross-border payment flows

•   Act as a senior institutional payments leader and trusted delegate for the Global Head, maintaining strategic direction, alignment and execution momentum across FI Clearing, Payments, PayTech and TBFX. Exercise leadership and decision-making authority across regions, ensuring the franchise continues to operate effectively across time zones and organisational boundaries.

•    Establish a clear product vision, roadmap and investment agenda, aligned to revenue growth, market positioning and competitive differentiation.
•    Ensure alignment with Markets, Transaction Banking, Technology and Operations to deliver a cohesive, future-ready product architecture
•    Contribute to the overall FI Clearing and PayTech product agenda, ensuring TBFX is fully integrated into broader client propositions
•    Support delivery of a joined-up institutional product strategy, enabling coherent solutions across clearing, payments and PayTech
•    Act as a strategic anchor across regions, maintaining direction, alignment and momentum when operating on behalf of the Global Head

•    Enable multi-product revenue growth, ensuring alignment and coordination across TBFX, clearing, payments and PayTech capabilities

•    Drive consistent commercial execution globally, removing fragmentation and ensuring coordinated delivery across teams

Processes
•    Own and drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, from concept through build, launch, scale and optimisation
•    Define product requirements and prioritisation and ensure delivery aligns to commercial priorities and client outcomes.
•    Partner with Technology, Operations and Markets to deliver resilient, scalable and efficient product capabilities
•    Establish strong execution discipline across TBFX, including clear prioritisation, governance, delivery tracking and issue resolution
•    Drive a global operating cadence, ensuring priorities, dependencies and escalations are surfaced and resolved at pace
•    Provide senior input into delivery trade-offs, balancing commercial opportunity, risk and execution capacity

•    Build deep product, client and commercial expertise, ensuring the team can operate at scale across complex markets and client segments. Build strong bench strength, succession and specialist capability.
•    Drive a culture of accountability, pace and ownership, underpinned by strong risk discipline
