Job Summary
We are looking for Strong hands on engineering lead for Credit Grading Hive in PE Sub-Domain . This role will be highly delivery-oriented role with strong design / architecture background so that will be intendent in designing and building the capability with help from delivery teams based in India. The person will be hired to lead the key stream within Scorecard & Model program which has been commissioned to automate and expand existing scorecard capability supported by Grading Hive. The ideal candidate will be someone who will manage the delivery independently working cohesively with product & delivery teams and will act as bridge for collaboration needed for such program.
The person will drive the solution design, architecture and execution of developing new scorecard capability aligned with Service-bench design & Ui-Ux principles and target architecture . This is a strategic role to provide overall technical leadership and direction encouraging innovation and improvement in the technology and data systems, processes and ways of working.
As an Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the successful completion of large projects. You will play a crucial role in mentoring and developing the career growth of the team members, as well as managing traditional project management tasks. Much of their time is also spent building and developing squads , tech leads and relevant communities in their space.

• Product Area Lead: Assisting Hive tech Lead in assisting in tasks such as BRP , new Capacity on-boarding , status reports , comms etc. across hive .
Our Ideal Candidate
- 10+ years experience in designing and delivering banking application.
- Knowledge about Credit Origination, client scorecards & Credit Gading process will be a big plus.
- Web services, API design, Defining Specification using swagger/RAML.
- Dev Ops Tools and CI/CD Processes –GitFlow, BitBucket etc.
- Experience with automated test configuration.
- Good to have experience in containerization technologies – Kubernetes
- Service Bench On-boarding , exp building U/Is in LIT framework
- Conducts walkthroughs and monitors effectiveness and quality of the development activities.
- Participates in development of multiple or large software products and estimates and monitors development costs based on functional and technical requirements.
- Must have advanced knowledge on hosting platforms like – Kubernetes/Openshift/AWS EKS
- Contrasts advantages and drawbacks of different development languages and tools.
- Understanding of continuous build concept and usage with maven, sonarqube or other related tools
