Title: Global Change & Enablement Principle Lead

JOB SUMMARY
• The Global Change & Enablement Principle Lead will be responsible for the successful delivery of organisational change management workstreams for transformational change initiatives within the S&T portfolio. They will lead the organisational change management workstream for some of the largest and most complex S&T Transformation initiatives, initially commencing with Project Beacon in Supply Chain Management (SCM). They will provide leadership, strategic direction and appropriate quality & readiness assurance for the change & enablement (C&E) deliverables.
• Deep organisational change management expertise is essential, including leading complex target operating model changes. Prior SCM experience is also highly desirable.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drives the Beacon organisational change management and adoption strategy, including integration of plans with other key SCM transformation initiatives.
- Co-creation of the strategic change narrative for project Beacon.
- Creation of the global change management strategy, roadmap & milestone plan. Works closely with key stakeholders within the S&T portfolio governance structure to ensure alignment
- Collaborates with the broader S&T OCM/C&E practice to refine structured methodology and principles for org. change management in alignment with SCB’s change delivery standards.
- Definition of key success measures and the mechanisms for tracking success both in terms of business readiness and adoption
- Quality assurance of deliverables produced by the Change & Engagement workstream in order to ensure consistency (e.g. change impact assessment, business readiness assessments, training plans, etc.) across the portfolio
- Partners with the Group S&T communications to ensure messaging is aligned, consistent and utilizes standardized formats
- Refines the feedback loops into the programmes working with Employee Experience and Process Design
- Provides strategic and tactical advice to support driving sustainable change and implementing effective change management strategies to help successfully deliver the programmes
- Creation of high quality interventions that drives employee adoption and sustainability of change initiatives
- Understands the programme lifecycle and ensures all stages of the lifecycle are managed appropriately to support successful stage delivery
- Collaborates closely with Group PMO and the Programme Managers to raise any material risks or issues that arise
- Develops the strategy for the use of digital change interventions using WalkMe or other relevant tools across the Group in collaboration with S&T Transformation partners
- Provides leadership, management and coaching to any direct reports or matrix team members to ensure they are highly engaged and performing to their potential
- Promotes and embeds a culture of openness, trust and risk awareness, where ethical, legal, regulatory and policy compliant conduct is the norm

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Our Ideal Candidate
• 12+ years of experience in Organization Change Management supporting complex enterprise- wide transformation.
• A blend of prior in house and consultancy experience OR individuals that have worked in several large complex organizations leading complex organisational change management workstreams.
• Target Operating Model Experience and Supply Chain Management experience is also highly preferred.
• Outstanding Communication and Organizational skills, including preparing and presenting pitch decks and updates to a Management Consultancy level.
• Strong Stakeholder Alignment skills are also essential.
• Direct Experience and expertise within the Organizational Change Management Capability area
