The Global Change & Enablement (C&E) Lead – HR Skills Transformation is responsible for shaping and delivering the organisational change strategy aligned to the broader Strategy & Talent (S&T) COO Transformation programme. This role will drive enterprise-wide adoption of HR skills transformation initiatives by designing and executing comprehensive engagement, communications, and learning strategies.
The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in Organisational Change Management (OCM), with proven experience leading change workstreams across complex, global programmes. Working within the Change & Enablement Practice and aligned to the HR Portfolio, the role focuses on embedding sustainable behavioural, process, and technology change across diverse stakeholder groups.
This role offers the opportunity to lead and embed change at scale across a global HR skills transformation agenda, influencing how strategy translates into sustainable organisational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Change and Enablement Strategy & Delivery
- Independently scope, design, and execute critical OCM deliverables, including Change Impact Assessments (CIA) and Training Needs Analyses (TNA).
- Develop and implement end-to-end Change & Enablement strategies aligned to programme objectives.
- Lead the creation of engagement and learning plans to drive awareness, adoption, and sustainability of change initiatives.
- Embed structured methodologies and best-practice frameworks to ensure consistent change delivery across the transformation portfolio.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
- Partner with the Global Principal C&E Lead and act as a trusted advisor to programme leadership.
- Identify and assess stakeholders across regions and functions; develop targeted engagement strategies to support impacted groups.
- Design and deliver high-impact communications, learning materials, and engagement artefacts to drive user adoption.
- Ensure alignment and consistency of messaging in collaboration with Communications and People Capability teams.
- Continuously refine engagement approaches by incorporating feedback and lessons learned.
Process & Governance
- Lead the execution of C&E deliverables in line with enterprise frameworks, playbooks, and governance standards.
- Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for the OCM discipline across the organisation.
Leadership & Capability Development
- Mentor and support junior C&E team members, strengthening change management capability across the function.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading organisational change management for complex, global transformation programmes.
- Demonstrated experience as a C&E/OCM workstream lead delivering enterprise-wide change initiatives.
- Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, communications strategy, and training design.
- Experience driving behavioural and technology change in both consultancy and in-house environments preferred.
- Exposure to HR cultural transformation programmes is advantageous
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in matrixed, global environments.
- Proven track record of embedding sustainable change and driving measurable adoption outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- PROSCI, Agile Change Management, or other recognised change certifications preferred.
- Experience applying structured change methodologies in live programme environments is essential.
- Background in complementary disciplines such as property, consultancy, or change advisory roles is advantageous.
