Title: Global Product Manager, FX, FXD & DA, CMPS

JOB SUMMARY
• Support the Product Manager in the global development, enhancement, and management of FX, FX Derivatives, Interest Rate, Equity Derivatives, and Digital Asset products (trading and custody) for wealth business, and retail client segments.
• Ensure seamless integration of new digital asset capabilities with established bank platforms, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Serve as a liaison amongst technology, legal, compliance, and operations teams, driving delivery of innovative, robust, and compliant financial solutions
• Handle new issuers onboarding for equity derivatives and FX/precious metals derivatives,
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
• Assist in conceptualizing and executing product strategy for FX, derivatives, and digital assets to align with global market trends and regulatory expectations.
• Manage and enhance wealth management derivatives product capability to provide a robust execution and risk monitoring platform across private bank, business banking and Retail client segments.
• Contribute to development of market positioning, value propositions, and product roadmaps for new and existing digital asset and derivatives services.
• Analyse competitive landscape and identify market/technological trends relevant to FX and digital asset trading and custody, recommending strategic adjustments where necessary.
Business
• Review and understand key business policies and processes in Wealth Management, Market and Credit Risk Policy in offering OTC derivatives products and Digital Assets to affluent clients.
• Participate in business-case formulation and vendor due diligence related to FX Derivative counterparties, digital asset issuers and platform integrations.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, legal, and finance teams to address risk controls, fee structures, and client disclosures for both traditional and digital asset products
• Continued enhancement of FX, DA, IR and EQ booking and execution platforms (FXDC, BLADE, SABRE, EQC) and ensure that it is properly interfaced with margin monitoring platform and other downstream booking systems.
• Support regulatory and business assessments for new products and enhancements, ensuring offerings are in line with MAS, HKMA, FCA, and PRA requirements.
Platform & Product Creation
• Define and gather functional and technical requirements for derivatives and digital asset trading and custody platforms; document user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate onboarding of new products/issuers and the expansion of custody solutions, ensuring integration with core banking and risk monitoring systems.
• Participate in Agile projects to enhance digital platform capabilities, testing new functionalities, and ensuring smooth rollout to clients and support teams.
• Support engagement with engineering, design, and operations to optimize user experience and operational resilience for all digital and derivatives products.
• Provide feedback to or technology teams on their projects from a business perspective. Highlight issues that require resolution and provide solutioning where needed to progress the case forward.
Processes
• Help design, review, and document end-to-end processes for onboarding, trading, settlement, and custody for FX, digital assets and derivatives.
• Maintain up-to-date workflow documentation, checklists, and guidelines; ensure front-to-back process alignment for product launches and changes.
• Monitor and report on product risks, incidents, and control breaches, and assist in drafting responses, mitigation plans, and governance materials for risk committees.
• Support ongoing training and upskilling of front office, operations, and risk teams on new digital asset and derivatives processes, platform capabilities, and regulatory requirements.
People & Talent
• Work towards strengthening the performance culture and reinforcement of accountabilities in FX, DA, IR and EQ derivatives products.
• Sharing the technical skill on how to review client portfolio and how to conduct sensitivities analysis of clients’ portfolio.
Risk Management
• Full ownership of the Global CMPS risk across all products and regions which entails 2 key activities;
• "Global CMPS Risk approval and management - Annual review + limits extension
• "Global CMPS Risk report - daily signoff on risk positions globally across Asia, Middle EAST, Africa and Europe across all asset classes including FI, Equities, Funds, Interest Rate and FX
• Embed a risk culture that supports the Bank’s strategy and philosophy for the management of risk.
• Ensure that effective arrangements are in place within WM in the region for the prevention of money laundering in line with the Group Policy and Standards, respective country regulatory guidelines and local legal requirements. In particular, ensure that the obligations on reporting suspicious activities are met.
• Ensure that Risk Management matters that are brought to the job holder’s attention are subject to direct remedial action and/or ensure adequate reporting to the relevant Risk Committees

• Role is global, physical location is with the Group Wealth Management team in Singapore.
• Singapore local regulator: Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS)

• Regional and Country Wealth Management Heads and CMPS DAC dealers.
• Key markets Private Banking Heads, IAs and RMs
• Market/Credit/Operational Risk, Legal, Compliance, Middle Office and COO team
• Co-ordination with BRM and C&S for clarification/supporting documents/Voice logs.
Other Responsibilities
• Perform other responsibilities assigned by Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures
• To achieve annual sales revenue targets
• To achieve other business and non-financial objectives
• To drive the Bank’s strategy and franchise development
• To ensure that the business is conducted in an operationally robust environment
• To ensure compliance with regulations and controls as set by the Bank and external regulatory authorities
Our Ideal Candidate
• 8 plus years experience in Digital assets and margin trading.
• Licenses Requirement – Financial Advisory Representative or equivalent
• Professional - Charter Financial Analyst (CFA) or equivalent
• Bank training; i.e. mandatory & developmental – role specific and regulatory/compliance bank wide specific
• Extensive knowledge in financial market products especially in OTC derivatives across FX, IR and EQ.
• Strong risk evaluation experience in OTC derivatives products
