JOB SUMMARY
The PrismFX Trade Product Manager will be supporting the Trade PrismFX Head in executing the product strategy across the Trade organization globally whilst aligning to product universe governance and product risk lifecycle management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
• Commercialize product strategy of embedding PrismFX across all Trade Solutions, collaborating closely with Trade Country Product Managers and PrismFX partners.
• Understand Client’s PrismFX Trade needs and address challenges to size future opportunities
• Capture competitor/ market intelligence, regulatory information and use it to develop or reinforce our competitive edge to improve sales & marketing performance
Business
Financial Performance: Product P/L Management
• Product P/L responsibility and monitoring for PrismFX across the whole Trade Business
• Deliver budget, through active management of:
• Revenue (existing and new revenue streams)
• Acquisition momentum of New to Trade FX clients
• Penetration of the product: 1) No. of markets using the product; 2) No. of clients using the products
• Coordinate investment of product build, optimization of launch/go-to-market cost for products.
• Review of financial MIS to ensure revenue integrity and accurate attribution.
• Work with Finance to improve MIS transparency for reporting at client level, pricing, revenue share, product breakdown at global & country level
Commercialization of PrismFX suite of capabilities
• Work closely with Country Product Managers to ensure product readiness and fit for purpose at the country/market level prior to product launch
• Working jointly with TB Marketing, develop the external and internal marketing plan for PrismFX Trade
• Actively mitigate identified business pain points, by evaluating pragmatic solutions that have wide applicability and have potential for replication for the countries/markets
• Conduct regular reviews of the PrismFX offerings to ensure a “fit for purpose” operating plan and product agenda.
• Responsible for commercialization of PrismFX digital capabilities including developing product launch, commercialization plans, targets and ensuring infrastructure requirements are resourced.
• Monitor use of enhanced S2B FX journey across products for review of contribution to investment benefits.
Client / Sales Engagement
• Monitor competitive positioning and provide comparison / positioning analysis for use by Sales / Coverage and also drive new initiatives.
• Review of Trade Deals for FX opportunities. Work with TB Sales to understand use cases for replication.
• Assist in commercialization efforts to produce internal & external marketing materials
• Support sales campaign activities, with objective of wallet expansions across CCIB segments
• Develop competitive landscape on Trade & FX business, collate data / business intelligence from internal and external sources
Processes
• Lead process design work with Operations, Technology and other function partners with the aim of translating process optimization to bottom line cost control with a high degree of reliability.
People & Talent
Training
• Assist in training and workshop for internal stakeholders (i.e., TB/Sales/RMs/GLS/CRC/Credit etc) to increase product knowledge and awareness.
• Regular webinars and engagement with Sales, Country Product Managers, RMs to further strengthen product knowledge to drive commercialization.
Risk Management
• Build deep and comprehensive knowledge of regulations and initiatives that may impact PrismFX solutions to stay ahead of the regulatory change agenda and how it affects the product lifecycle.
• Take the initiative regarding regulatory, reputational and ethical matters by providing proactive advice to sales and implementation teams.
• Ensure adherence with the highest standards of ethics, and compliance with relevant policies, processes and regulations.
Governance
• Ensure robust governance framework for Trade PrismFX and compliance to governance requirements with engagement with respective risk owners
• Work with respective Country Heads and the Regional Product Heads to reviews and provide support to any regional memos and proposals drafted by local counterparts, and tables them to the governance forums for review/approval.
• Conduct regulatory reviews on their products in partnership with Legal and Compliance.

Our Ideal Candidate
• 2+ years of Banking Experience or Product Management Experience.
• Good working knowledge with hands-on experience of Transaction Banking Products across Trade and Working Capital Products and Cash Management
• Experience in Transaction Banking product management and/or Financial Markets preferred.
• Good analytical skills and problem solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence directly, indirectly and virtually across the SCB network.
• Open minded with ability to explore new areas and new ways of working
• Ability to keep abreast on changes in the market, customer requirement, competitor response and the Banks ability to use information to identify new business opportunities.
