Title: Head, CRES Product Owner & Tech Strategy

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Chief Product Owner to lead our Property Technology team and take ownership of our retained Property systems and technology.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing product development from concept to launch and possess strong communication and leadership skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be responsible leading the build of innovative products across an estate of 9 SaaS & On-premises applications and 10,000 field IoT devices.
They will be a key driver of best-in-class digital solutions, ensuring and end-to-end alignment. Helping to define not just the target digital experience across all geographies but also ensuring coverage and alignment to the internal business processes that will support maximising value and outcomes.
- Collaborating with prospective users and clients (benefit owners) to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
- Defining the vision for the team’s product and creating a product roadmap based on this vision.
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements.
- Overseeing all stages of product selection including design and development.
- Developing user stories and ensuring their implementation throughout the product development cycle.
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process and ensuring the timely delivery of product releases.
- Liaising with the product end-users to deliver updates and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of product development status.
- Managing contractual obligations of CRES owned systems including assessing supplier performance, defining, and setting expectations for quality and delivery, and maintaining relationships.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure the successful integration of products with other systems and processes.
- Managing the performance and development of business analysts.
- Awareness and understanding of the Group’s business strategy and model appropriate to the role. Collaborating with key internal clients of CRES (eg WRB, CIB) & peer functions within S&T to ensure product roadmaps deliver value for their functions and avoid duplication of investment.
- defining the tech strategy including, tactical, as well as strategic objectives delivering business benefits in the short and in the long term supporting the business owners
- Partner with CIO to analyse, challenge and plan to ensure proposed solutions are aligned to the overall technology strategy
- Ensure the voices of clients and relevant stakeholders (i.e., regional / country representatives) are represented continuously throughout the entire lifecycle of the product (ideation - development - deployment - operations).
- Partnering cross-functionally with T&O functions (EUS, Workplace Services, Networking, etc) to ensure strategic alignment of products with Bank enterprise platforms and infrastructure whilst ensuring adherence to information cybersecurity standards.
- Responsible to ensure that systems are delivered as a cost-effective business and identify opportunities for cost savings through simplification or collaboration and improved standardisation,
- Develop and implement a programme of continuous improvement designed to minimize operational risk and disruption in collaboration with Process, Change and Experience teams.
- Regularly showcase product / service increments to stakeholders.
- Have oversight of, direct tracking and monitoring of programs. Ensure alignment to process management taxonomy and the bank process universe standards (Example: CRES processes that the product relates to).
- Engage process and risk control owners in upfront in design of process changes.
- Optimize end to end customer journey through applying process mapping & finding opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in the quarterly planning for the Hive and provide steer along with CRES Tech Lead
Skills and Experience
Our Ideal Candidate
- 18+ years’ experience in project or product leadership, with senior influencing skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Candidate must be PMP certified.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and the product development life cycle. Candidate must be scrum certified.
- Understanding of systems such as BIM, Lenel, CCTV, GPMS, Microsoft, SAP, and management of features required in Supplier Partner systems
- Experience in implementing Change Delivery Standards (“CDS”) in Corporate Real Estate space
- Must have at least 4 to 5 years of experience in leading cross functional programmes across geographies
- Experienced with Agile project management methodologies with hands-on experience of managing product rollouts utilizing cutting age underlying tech stack
- Excellent Programme Management capabilities managing and delivering multi year programmes that are delivering cross functional benefits
- Experienced in technology roadmap realization, delivering business benefits inline to the technology strategy
- Excellent people skills (working with multi-geography/disciplinary teams), communication, team building, and partnering techniques
- Role modelling the attributes of our strategic partnerships, code of conduct, brand promise, and Bank values
- Detailed knowledge of the Group policies, processes, and change delivery standards
- Must have a formal training on latest AI capabilities from reputed institute and skills to apply it on delivering strategic benefits to the business.

• Strong experience in change management (developing, executing, and governing the strategies) across Global initiatives within a Corporate Real Estate function
• Strong understanding of the workplace team function including the workplace experience, project management design and energy, engineering, and environment workstreams.
