Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and analytical professional to lead initiatives and projects for the Group Collections & Recoveries function, and to support Singapore and ASEAN cluster in driving the related projects to ensure effective execution and alignment with business priorities. This role also involves providing analytics, data insights, reports for ASEAN cluster, enabling data driven decision making for performance improvement.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead the FFG projects for Collections & Recoveries function. Track the portfolio of initiatives that will deliver on the vision with clear performance accountability; incumbent will be responsible for measuring milestones and progress updates
- Track project metrics, progress, and tasks of the Project/ Programme, including financial management, project planning, overall project governance and various management reporting
- Assist the strategy and collections head in driving FFG initiatives & projects for Singapore, ensuring effective execution and alignment with business prioritises.
- Support collection analytics and data insight activities for Singapore and ASEAN cluster to enable data drive decision making for performance improvement.
- Contribute to collections projects for ASEAN cluster including initiatives focused on performance metrics, trend analysis, portfolio risk and process enhancement.
- Partner with country and key stakeholders to ensure timely execution of initiative and alignment with business objectives for Singapore
- Continuously build knowledge in project management, analytics tools to assist in enhancing the Singapore collections strategies and support ongoing transformation efforts.
- Manage and track execution progress of approved initiatives to drive the Transformation agenda
- Ensures that programmes and portfolios are aligned with operational and strategic objectives
- Identify and rollout process improvements, leveraging data analytics and automation to enhance collection effectiveness.
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports and executive dashboards for senior leadership.
- Develop high-impact dashboards to communicate performance trends, cost management insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Translate complex financial and operational data into compelling visuals and narratives for executive decision-making.
- Maintain strong stakeholder engagement with Business, TTO, Risk & Compliance and Group Internal Audit to ensure alignment across stakeholder groups to support the Transformation agenda.
- Ensure appropriate and insightful data and analytics that can drive business decisions
- Collaborate with risk, business, and technology teams to drive alignment on strategic priorities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, papers and review material to support discussions and decision making at various forums
- Supports continuous improvement and operational efficiency of processes to optimise operating model and employee experience.
- Working closely with country collections strategy and MI analyst
- Set effective metrics and standards, transparently communicating them relevant stakeholders
- The ability to identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling and mitigating risks, identify key issues based on Operational Risk Framework and put in place appropriate controls and measures.
- To ensure that all collection activities are carried out in compliance with the agreed standards and with due recognition of the regulatory guidelines within the country, Group Collections and the overall OR framework.
- Support financial and governance reporting that accompanies the Group’s governance and risk management processes.

Our Ideal Candidate
Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in collections strategy, recovery management or related areas, with a strong focus on global or multi-market environments. Knowledge of Business Banking segment preferred.
- Ability to develop dashboard and usage of relevant tools
- SAS/SQL knowledge preferred
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in leveraging data to drive insights and decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
