Job Summary
Lead and drive the commercialisation of digital data products by working closely with Technology and Business stakeholders to develop data solutions that enable digital sales and actionable insights. This role is responsible for identifying and sourcing required data from data lakes and other systems, analysing and integrating data from multiple sources, and designing the presentation layer to support key KPIs and business decisions.
The role will establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to assess digital sales performance, including end-to-end funnel analysis, paid media performance, and campaign effectiveness. It will focus on improving digital campaign effectiveness by providing data-driven insights and recommendations, and establishing robust reporting and dashboards to track digital sales, value delivery, and overall performance.
The role will own end-to-end project delivery, including managing a team, defining and executing data integration plans, and ensuring all project milestones are met with full adherence to agreed timelines, quality standards, and governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
• focus on Affluent, Net New Money and Wealth Solutions in support of WRB strategic priorities
• Act as the Product Owner for digital data products maintain a transparent backlog, OKRs, and quarterly roadmap.
• Coach analysts on best-in-class commercialization of E2E digital sales & value products uplift literacy across squads.
Business
• Work with stakeholders to identify and transform business logics to key insights
• Identity and source systems/tables required for building the KPIs from data lake.
• Analyse data, develop Data integration plan & sketch presentation layer involving multiple source systems.
• Own end to end funnel analytics data products and reporting (from traffic sources to conversion, revenue and balances), including fallout, flow, and cohort analyses identify friction, quantify drop off, and size opportunities.
• Digital Funnel & Journey Optimization with focus on affluent clients & net new money and wealth solutions
• Build and maintain KPI trees for acquisition, onboarding, activation, transact, cross sell, and retention stages, with clear leading indicators and targets by segment/channel.
• Partner with business stakeholders, digital sales marketing teams, and channel owners to understand value drivers and optimize digital journeys.

Key stakeholders
• The role requires close partnership with a number of key stakeholders across the bank including Wealth & Retail Banking (WRB) product heads (CCPL, Wealth, Deposits, Mortgages, Business Banking, Segments team) , Digital Sales & Marketing Team (Country & Group DSM), Digital Platform Team, Client Experience & Customer Management Team and technology team for all analysis requirements pertaining to retail & wealth products / segments
Our Ideal Candidate
• 10+ years of experience in Data Analysis
• Excellent Data Analytical skills to explore and identify the business logics.
• Sound knowledge on banking products and digital sales operations of retail banking domine.
• Able to understand click stream data of mobile/internet banking to bring out customer behaviour and reach.
• Understanding on banking campaign and its performance tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across team members.
• Good understanding on cloud-based data lake and its components.
• Knowledge on building Dataiku Flows using visual recipes and Code recipes.
• Familiar with developing codes/logics using advance SQL, Python, spark.
• Experience in automating the dataiku flow using automation node and scheduling jobs/flows
• Knowledge on predictive models for optimal forecast.
• Excellent knowledge of data presentation and visualization
• Candidate should have worked on MSTR schema development and able to establish relationship between attributes from different dimensions.
• Should be able to develop complex dossiers using advance visualizations and linking multiple datasets.
• Able to define object, data security levels based on requirement.
