JOB SUMMARY
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Subledger transformation Programme is an investment programme to transform Finance to a global target model. This involves investment to replace the infrastructure, and move to a more centralised, standardised and automated business model. This will enable faster processing, easier and more frequent access to information, at lower levels of cost. 
The Subledger Program Management Lead in Singapore will:
•    Establish the Program management and Governance framework, Financial management process, Communication strategy, Delivery and Vendor management strategies.
•    Review, control, and report on financial status of the individual workstream to ensure it meets the allocated budget outlay and flag risk thereon.
•    Manage plans, milestones and key risks of the overall programme as per the bank’s standards and workstream governance.
•    Work with senior leadership to establish Subledger Centre of Excellence (CoE), evaluate opportunities to transition suitable roles to CoE enabling in cross pollination of skills & knowledge and resulting in lower program costs.
•    Establish regular governance and oversight on vendor partners for delivery of Subledger transformation and new product development/enhancements.
•    Lead the Subledger Business Integration team, that will be responsible for the development of change strategy & enablement platforms to ensure a successful SubLedger business/end user adoption. 
•    Ensure adequate reporting of milestones, risks to all key working groups including PgSC and QPRs.
•    Liaison with central PMO, Finance teams, Audit on topics relating to software capitalisation and operational cost management.
•    Establish a communication and reporting strategy to update stakeholders and senior leadership teams, programme office including the various Agile ceremonies such as refinement forum, PGSc, PWG, QPRs and ensure that Clarity system (or it’s equivalent) is up to date including key milestones, financials, risks, dependencies, issues, and resource forecasts.
•    Headcount management – support various squads in their headcount management needs for both FTE and Staff Augmentation. 
•    Establish rapport and strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Program and Senior Finance, Operations and Technology Leadership
•    Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development for the delivery teams; ensure that teams are suitably skilled and qualified to perform their deliverables and develop cross functional skill set

People & Talent 
•    Manage ~3-5 staff directly and approx. 15-20 indirectly through project team structures for successful delivery of the program.
•    Work with Delivery leads, Leadership Team, SMEs/business analysts across multiple locations to deliver the Aspire Subledger scope
•    Establish strong relationships with GCFO leadership, COO, CIO Functions and ITO Functions
•    Work with Delivery Leads to ensure alignment of resourcing strategy to ensure optimum allocation of project resources to each project based on skillet and objectives.
•    Set and monitor job descriptions and goals for direct reports and provide feedback and rewards in line with their performance against those responsibilities and goals.

Our Ideal Candidate:
This role requires strong project management skills, sound understanding of the Systems Development Lifecycle, good interpersonal skills to manage and direct virtual teams across multiple locations.  The ideal candidate would have,
•    12+ years of Experience in delivering Finance transformation projects.
•    Has worked on process re-engineering, New product development and strategic projects of size of atleast ~20m USD.
•    Should have experience in managing a team of atleast 5-6 senior resources.
•    Should have worked with C-level executives and strong understanding of strategic thought leadership.
•    Understanding of Subledger, Hadoop and BTP tools will be added advantage.
•    Should have strong project management and governance background, with familiarity to the capitalisation of project costs, headcount tracking to capture open headcount, forecasting, preparing management reports.
•    Must have strong vendor management experience in areas of large scale outsourced project delivery and New product development.
•    Experience in agile ways of working is a must.
•    Scrum Master and Scrum product owner certification preferred.
•    Is a strong team player who can interact with colleagues at all levels and has experience building strong relationships.
•    Demonstrates a willingness and ability to work independently, think creatively and shift gears depending on changing priorities and deadlines.
•    Is intellectually curious, analytical and willing to take responsibility for all communication output under their leadership.
•    Possesses enthusiasm, discretion, and the ability to manage stress as well as maintain a positive working environment.
•    Has experience working in matrix organisations or large corporations.
