Title: Solution Architect, Client & Entity Enablement

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect who can thrive on a fast-paced agile environment and can work with difference stakeholders like business sponsors, engineering analysts, delivery heads, development teams, other domain architects etc.
Candidate should have a overall experience of 15+ years’ in which 5+ years as a Solution Architect (preferably in Client Lifecycle Management and Client Due Diligence systems) having worked on global enterprise scale application developments and implementations.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyse technical and business requirements
• Develop solution blueprints for specific business problems.
• Ensure the solution is aligned Bank’s Enterprise Architecture standards.
• Provide strategic guidance for all solutions cutting across multiple capabilities / functional layer.
• Identify Impact of solutions on various systems, Interfaces, Data flows
• Partner in the Investment planning process to highlight strategic, discretionary and obsolescence budget required for the domain.
• Collaborate with project management and IT development teams.
• Develop Technology Architecture Strategy & Roadmap for the domain by engaging and partnering with the Domain CIO and COO
• Assist in the development of the solutions roadmap ensuring compatibility with the various Product strategies at a solution level.
• Create strategies for leveraging new and upcoming technologies with existing technology portfolio.
• Conduct architectural system evaluations.
• Drive technology / framework / vendor evaluation
• Manage stakeholder expectations and influence stakeholders in understanding risk and impacts, importance and priorities on demand identification, assessment, response and reporting.
• Define procedures and processes to ensure solution delivery.
• Manage the Architecture forums like Architectural Review Framework, Domain tech council etc.
• Define engagement rules, outcomes, and dispensation processes wherever applicable.
• Ensure that technology partners and delivery teams adhere to the principles established in the enterprise architecture, governance, policies, principles, patterns.
• Identify and highlight the risks of Technology Debts, Technology obsolescence to the management to enable them in planning for necessary risk acceptance or investments.

• Creative problem solver, able to build contingency plans and handle stressful situation with professionalism.
• Deep analytical skills and the ability to see the connections between layers of business operations.
• Ability to design systems that meets performance, security, scalability and other non-functional requirements.
• Good knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure, open-source systems and emerging technologies
• Should be able to recommend future technology capabilities and architecture design considering business objectives, technology strategy, trends and regulatory requirements.
• Strong hands-on experience on application development including Java, JEE, Python, .NET, Business Rule Engines, BPM, Linux/Windows, Cloud, Database like Oracle/SQL Server, MongoDB or Cassandra, Web Services, In Memory database, caching solutions etc.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in handling wide ranging and senior stakeholders across segments/product areas
• Ability to work with cross functional teams across business and technology.
• Ability to oversee execution of multiple initiatives, projects and product increments delivery.
• Familiarity with Big Data Engineering solutions and architecture
• Experience with Spark, Spark Streaming similar frameworks.
• Preference to candidate who have completed the certifications on AWS Solution Architect, TOGAF or any Solution Architect Certification from affiliated.
• Preference to have understanding on Generative AI & Machine Learning technologies.

Adherence to Client Lifecycle Management business processes that include but not limited to Client Due Diligence processes, Tax Due Diligence processed and Regulatory Due Diligence processes.

• Complete mandatory trainings recommended by the group time to time and utilize available training programs in the bank to upskill and be relevant for the role performed.

Awareness about the risk management framework in the client coverage domain and ability to interpret, identify key issues.

Adherence to established group technology governance framework, Client Coverage technology framework and data governance framework.

Our Ideal Candidate
- 15+ years of experience in the technology field.
- Experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in Client Lifecycle Management and Client Due Diligence systems
- Proven experience in developing and implementing global enterprise-scale applications.
- Develop comprehensive solution designs for specific business challenges, ensuring alignment with the Bank's Enterprise Architecture Standards. The candidate should have a strong understanding of these standards to create effective and compliant solutions.
- Establish design patterns for delivery teams, defining engagement rules and dispensation processes where applicable. This involves setting clear guidelines and frameworks for teams to follow, ensuring consistency and quality in solution delivery.
- Present proposed solutions in various internal architecture forums and to key business stakeholders to secure necessary approvals. The candidate must be adept at communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and gaining their buy-in.
- Work closely with technology partners to ensure adherence to design principles and standards, providing guidance on the adoption of new technologies. The candidate should facilitate collaboration and ensure partners are aligned with the Bank’s architectural vision.
- Ensure that technology partners and delivery teams comply with the established principles, governance, policies, and patterns of the enterprise architecture. The candidate must enforce these standards to maintain consistency and integrity across all projects.
- Create strategies for integrating new and emerging technologies with the existing technology portfolio. The candidate should be forward-thinking, identifying opportunities to leverage innovative technologies to enhance the Bank’s capabilities.
Role Specific Technical Competencies
- Demonstrated solid knowledge and hands-on experience in designing innovative solutions using the latest Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, open-source systems, and emerging technologies, with the ability to leverage these for solution development.
- Ability to design systems that meet key non-functional requirements such as performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Extensive hands-on experience with at least three or more technology stacks, including but not limited to Java, J2EE, Python, .NET, Business Rule Engines, Business Process Management (BPM), Cloud platforms, SQL/NoSQL databases, Web Services, in-memory databases, and caching solutions.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Big Data engineering solutions and architecture, capable of handling large-scale data processing and analytics.
- Possession of relevant certifications such as AWS Solution Architect, TOGAF, or any recognized Solution Architect certification from affiliated institutions
