Job Summary
• Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB) aims to become the leading Cross-Border Affluent Bank and Wealth Manager, through strengthening our Affluent continuum, unlock network value via International Banking, accelerate Private Banking growth, and future proof our business with strong focus on risk, talent, underpinned by scalable digital platform and operational capabilities.
• WRB will invest in building client-centric digital wealth and retail journeys that expands our wealth solutions and upgrade advisory capabilities, tailor our international propositions, uplift our ability to drive client upgrades and move along the client continuum, enhance our frontline enablers to support our growth in relationship managers, and strengthen our support functions in line with our growth aspirations.
• We are seeking a highly skilled Change Delivery Lead to drive standardisation, simplification, and achieve productivity uplift of change delivery management across WRB. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing consistent practices for financials forecasting, capitalisation ratio, and market recharge mechanism – ensuring financial transparency, compliance, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will collaborate with Finance, Product and Segment stakeholders (both Group and Country), and Digital Wealth and Retail Journey team to embed standardised processes, tools, and governance models that enable scalability and value realisation.
Strategy
• Define and drive the change strategy for financials transformation in alignment with the bank’s strategic objectives, pivot from project-based to capacity-based funding model.
• Ensure capitalisation and recharge models support value delivery and portfolio optimisation.
• Influence senior executives to adopt standardised approaches that enable global scalability and cost efficiency.
Business
• Partner with business units and markets to align financial practices with commercial and operational objectives, including Regulatory requirements on digital investment reporting.
• Ensure recharge mechanisms are transparent, equitable, and support the bank’s operating model.
• Translate complex financial concepts into business outcomes, enabling informed decision-making at senior level.
• Partner with Change Enablement team to embed a data-driven approach in traceability between financials to demand-outcome-supply.

• Design, implement, and embed standardised processes for financials management, capitalisation, and market recharge.
• Drive process simplification, automation, and digitisation to uplift productivity and reduce manual interventions.
• Establish clear framework for financial forecasting, reporting, and cost control.

• Build capability across finance, change, and delivery teams to adopt new financial management practices.
• Lead training, knowledge sharing, and communications to ensure consistent understanding and adoption across WRB portfolio.
• Act as a change champion, fostering a culture of financial discipline and accountability.
• Demonstrate growth mindset, building a culture of client centricity, agility, and accountability through standardised metrics and measurement, ensuring everyone are drivers and owners of client outcomes
• Embody the role of a constructive challenger, leveraging data/facts in facilitating the right discussion
Risk Management
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with capitalisation policies, cost allocations, and recharge practices.
• Ensure processes comply with banking regulations, accounting standards, and internal financial policies.
• Proactively monitor and resolve issues that could impact financial reporting accuracy or regulatory compliance.
Governance
• Establish and oversee governance forums to monitor adoption and effectiveness of new practices.
• Ensure consistent application of financial management, in line with internal policies and standards across WRB portfolio.
• Provide senior management with transparent reporting on progress, adoption, risks, and financial impact.
Regulatory & Business Conduct

Our Ideal Candidate
• 10 years of experience in investment financials management and governance, with 5 years in a senior leadership or global role.
• Proven track record in robust financials management, strong understanding of capitalisation rules (IAS38), and country recharge methodology
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global and complex organization.
• Proven ability to provide guidance and execute in an agile way with teams across geographic locations
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred).
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CSPO/CSM/Agile Leadership/PMP) are a plu
