Job Description: 

Job Summary

Accountable for the successful delivery of strategic technology projects and programs, ensuring outcomes are delivered safely, compliantly, on time, within budget, while driving governance excellence, financial discipline, portfolio transparency, AI-enabled delivery transformation, and continuous improvement across the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology transformation projects and programs
  • Manage multiple projects, workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute project plans, schedules, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Ensure delivery meets agreed scope, timelines, budget, quality, and business outcomes.
  • Act as Program Manager for strategic initiatives requiring coordination across multiple teams and domains.

 

Governance, Risk & Stakeholder Management

  • Establish project and program governance, reporting, and control frameworks.
  • Manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change controls.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, security, and internal governance requirements.
  • Provide executive reporting and steer senior stakeholder engagement and decision-making.

Financial Management

  • Own project and program budgets, forecasts, funding plans, and financial reporting.
  • Manage CapEx/OpEx investment portfolios and ensure delivery within approved funding.
  • Support business case development, investment approvals, and benefits realization.
  • Monitor financial performance, forecast accuracy, and proactively mitigate budget risks.

 

Portfolio, ADO & Clarity Management

  • Drive project governance, portfolio visibility, and delivery reporting through Azure DevOps (ADO) and Clarity PPM.
  • Manage project backlogs, milestones, dependencies, resource plans, KPIs, and executive dashboards.
  • Maintain delivery and financial data quality to support portfolio governance and investment decisions.
  • Champion PMO best practices, project management maturity, and reporting automation.

AI, Automation & Delivery Transformation

  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled project and portfolio management practices.
  • Leverage Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, VFS, AI analytics, automation, and reporting tools to improve efficiency and delivery performance.
  • Implement automated executive reporting, portfolio dashboards, and governance insights.
  • Utilize predictive analytics to improve forecasting, capacity planning, risk identification, and delivery predictability.
  • Drive data-driven decision making through KPI, OKR, and portfolio performance analytics.
  • Lead initiatives that automate manual PMO activities, reporting, and governance processes.
  • Promote innovation and modern delivery practices across project portfolios.
  • Enhance portfolio transparency, productivity, and operational efficiency through AI-powered insights.

Vendor & Team Leadership

  • Manage vendors, suppliers, and strategic delivery partners.
  • Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Mentor project managers and team members while fostering a high-performance delivery culture.
  • Drive accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 12+ years of experience in Project Management with good to have PMP certified, Scrum Expert
  • Managing Azure DevOps (ADO) boards, delivery governance, milestone tracking, dependencies, and executive reporting.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar project budgets and investment portfolios.
  • Strong executive stakeholder management and governance experience.
  • Experience within complex, regulated enterprise environments.
  • Using Clarity PPM for portfolio management, resource planning, forecasting, and financial governance.
  • Managing project/program financials, investment planning, CapEx/OpEx budgets, and benefits realization.
  • Leveraging AI, automation, Microsoft Copilot, and analytics tools to modernize project delivery and reporting.
  • Leading large-scale technology transformation programs and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Driving PMO maturity, delivery excellence, reporting automation, and data-driven decision making.

  • Strong expertise in solutioning & architecture design, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant technology solutions
  • Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile/Lean methodologies, with experience delivering complex initiatives in Agile environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, with experience managing global cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to quickly learn and apply emerging technologies
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent field
