Job Summary
• Oversee day-to-day Collections operations and third-party activities across markets, ensuring efficient service delivery, strong vendor performance, and alignment with internal standards. Support process improvements, operational readiness, and coordination with key stakeholders to enhance productivity and maintain audit and regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
• Support collaboration across Collections teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent operational outcomes and governance compliance.
• Provide timely operational insights to support decision-making and overall service improvement
• Assist in implementation of operational processes and guidelines in line with internal standards.
Business
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up, feedback sharing, and execution of actions required to support Collection objectives
• Support efficient utilisation of resources to optimise operational capabilities and reduce operational gaps.
• Maintain effective communication across functions to ensure smooth delivery of day-to-day operational activities.
Processes
• Oversee end-to-end operational processes and outsourced activities supporting Collections
• Monitor process effectiveness, highlight areas for improvement, and support implementation of enhancements
• Manage vendor-related operational task including SLA follow-ups, operational coordination and ensuring service continuity
• Ensure day-to-day activities across Collections are completed accurately in a timely manner.
People & Talent
• Collaborate with team members to build a supportive, cohesive working environment
• Provide guidance where needed to support colleagues handling operational or vendor-related matters
• Support training and upskilling efforts within the team where required
Risk Management
• Support identification, escalation, and mitigation of operational risk within Collections
• Ensure that issue escalations follow established risk channels and that follow-up actions are completed
• Leverage available tools and data to support accurate collection activities and operational oversight
Governance
• Support governance routines related to outsources services, including performance tracking and issue monitoring
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure outsourced activities align with applicable internal requirements
• Maintain a high standard of vendor oversight through consistent risk assessment and audits
• Liaise with relevant teams to support standardisation and drive operational consistency across markets.

Our Ideal Candidate
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Banking Industry.
- Experience in managing large teams, operations, stakeholders and external vendors.
- Knowledge of MSP (Microsoft Project) is an added advantage
- Support collaboration across Collections teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent operational outcomes and governance compliance.
- Experience in handling the project management skills .
