Key Responsibilities

  • Key responsibility is to play Application Delivery Lead role to support FinTech Bridge Platform.
  • Work with vendor and Senior Team members to translate business requirements to technical solutions, establish delivery timelines and deliverables.
  • Managing day-to-day activities of the vendor tech team/squad, including creating, problem solving, handling technical challenge and proving proper guidance and support to the technical team.
  • End to end project technical road map, technical gaps and solutions.
  • Manage & coach a team of tech developers
  • Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of FinTech Bridge Platform.
  • Ensure that the project(s) are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Skills and Experience

  • 12-20 years of delivery lead experience with hands-on experience in solutioning, developing & delivering agile projects (planning, execution and team management) as well as managing a team of tech developers
  • Strong tech background and delivery track record, and eager to contribute actively within SC Venture community
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant computer science, engineering, information technology or related field.
  • Entrepreneurial minded, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and an aptitude for learning systems quickly.
  • Good working experience as technical delivery lead with in-depth knowledge of Programming (web, mobile, API, Database), DevOps, Cloud, infra, data and analytics technologies.   
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes while working collaboratively with customers, along with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management and user research
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
