JOB SUMMARY
Key responsibilities:
Support the respective Global Deal Team Lead with planning and implementing partnership development strategies
Full end-to-end ownership and project management of the critical phases of the Deal Cycle (Strategy, Structuring, Negotiations, and Closure)
Responsible for supporting the Global Deal Team lead with creating a competitive commercial deal structure that maximizes the value of the opportunity and ensure alignment with the CPBB business objectives
Maintain liaison between the Bank and the potential partner(s), during the Deal Cycle
Collaborate extensively across internal and external stakeholders both at the Group level and also at the Country level
Support partner negotiations and legal contract discussions / negotiations
Build business models and financial projections and identify key risk issues
Support in business case documentations and engagement with internal and external stakeholders
Play a key role in the Swarm onboarding and work closely with the tech teams
Support in central project management to ensure timely project delivery
Take ownership of work to be done if required to drive progress

Our Ideal Candidate
Masters in business or relevant degree
Experience of working in deal teams
Experience in leading tech teams/projects
5+ years of strong project management and delivery experience
Experience in building a digital business with digital product solutioning and acquisition
Familiar with digital platforms and digital acquisition technology
Familiar in financial product solutioning and capability build-up
Financial product experience in Lending, Wealth, and Insurance
Comfortable in working with complex stakeholder situations
Comfortable with ambiguity and working against tight timelines
