Title: Portfolio Change Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver best-in-class transaction banking products to meet clients and business needs globally. This role is looking for a dynamic portfolio change manager to support initiatives as part of investment portfolio within the Cash Product Development team.
In this role the individual acts as portfolio support, responsible for governance, backlog management and strategic reporting in partnership with Global, Regional & Local Product Managers, Global Service & Client Implementation Teams, Global Technology and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
• In this role the person acts as portfolio change manager for Cash investment, responsible for governance, backlog management and strategic reporting. Individual will work in partnership with Global, Regional & Local Product Managers, Global Technology and Operations.
• Critical to the role will be ability to engage stakeholders, manage backlogs and creating compelling communication assets.
• Role in critical in allowing us to deliver best-in-class transaction banking products to meet clients and business needs globally ensuring alignment across portfolio delivery using agile methodology.
Responsible for portfolio change governance:
• Derive meaningful insights for management on open backlog, commitment quarter on quarter and delivery predictability post BRP confirmation
• Work with our Portfolio Manager to build strong governance on ADO within Cash
• Analyse, evaluate, and report portfolio level impediments for management and stakeholders
• Create transparency around cash change management process, backlog progress, blockers, impediments, dependencies, and product value delivery
Responsible for communication and content development
• Design and deliver high impact communication and engagement materials (executive and stakeholder decks, infographics to explain complex product flows, newsletter for internal distribution, etc.) to articulate concentration of regional change, progress, delivery of products, and benefits.
• Translate complex transformation messages into clear, compelling narratives.
• Contribute to program and portfolio dashboards with change metrics and insights
Responsible for cash change process
• Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) within the Cash on the change process to support correct processes and support creation of relevant guidelines to improve adoption
• Partner to deliver new capabilities and tools to increase adoption of change process, simplify governance processes and provide end to end transparency on investment allocation
• Ensure clear requirements for new products and platforms or for enhancements to existing products and processes before being presented for approval
• Maintaining a transparent backlog using project management tools to ensure everyone has access to the latest information.
• Ensuring adequate training and knowledge transfer to in-country users
Stakeholder Management
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders at all level of the organization
• Maintain regular connect and engagement with key stakeholders periodically
• Facilitating communication and collaboration between different teams involved in transformation projects.
• Addressing stakeholder concerns and managing expectations

Our Ideal Candidate
• 6+ Years of Banking Experience
• Degree in Business or Information Technology
• Change management in banking/ financial services, agile and backlog management
• Visual content development (decks, newsletter, infographics)
• Prior experience on Payments Product development is a plus.
• Good knowledge of global cash management practices
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office – Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools like Tableau
• Strong Product management, Project management, and analytical problem-solving skills and use of relevant tools
• Ability to work to tight timelines and at the same time produces a quality deliverable
• Ability to engage stakeholders within business, operations and technology.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills
