Job Description: 

Job Summary

As a Product Manager, Business Intelligence & Strategy Analyst, you will support the global SCF (Supply Chain Finance) business by tracking performance metrics, delivering analytical insights, and assisting in the business planning. You will work closely with global product managers and regional cluster Trade teams and provide performance support to the Global Head and the management team. 

Key Responsibilities

Business Intelligence Management and Strategy
•    Maintain performance dashboards and update revenue scorecards used in regular reviews such as the Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), Quarterly Portfolio Reviews (QPR)
•    Prepare regular and ad hoc presentation for internal and senior management using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
•    Support strategic projects by extracting insights from data sets across addressable market revenue pools, pipeline, client segments, and product usage.
•    Coordinate across teams to consolidate and validate data inputs related to product launches, enhancements, and client usage trends.

 

Performance and KPI Monitoring
•    Provide performance reporting and business insights to Central Product Team, supporting day to day and strategic initiatives.
•    Work closely with the Central Product Team by consolidating inputs, preparing review materials, and helping track execution of key deliverables.
•    Serve as the single point of contact for data consolidation ensuring consistent reporting of exposures
•    Develop consistent reporting dashboard  

 

Commercialisation and Execution Support
•    Track progress of new product initiatives ensuring timely follow up and closures.
•    Help define and track key KPIs at product, client, and country level.
•    Monitor pipeline activity and align it with metrics and revenue goals.
•    Consolidate feedback and inputs from Clusters, Trade Sales, Client Managers, and Relationship Manager to identify areas of process or data improvement.

Risk and Governance Support
•    Track compliance of initiatives with internal governance policies (e.g. timely exposure of action items, reporting exceptions)
•    Engage and escalate material red flags that arise in the transaction flow.
•    Liaise with key control functions such as Operations, Credit, Legal, and Compliance to mitigate operational and conduct risks related to the product line.

 

Leadership and Engagement Coordination
•    Work closely with the Global Trade Business Manager together with the Cluster Head for any business-driven initiatives or activities.
•    Assist in the logistics and preparation of performance forums, planning sessions, and any events under the Cluster.
•    Help ensure business intelligence insights are shared within the Cluster and used in ongoing management engagement.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
  • 6+ years’ experience in banking/financial services, business analytics, or a similar role; experience in Trade Finance or Transaction Banking.
  • Demonstrated strategic mindset, with experience in strategy roles within a bank and/or a consulting firm.
  • Ability to develop high-quality presentations and clearly communicate key messages to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong data analytics capability, combined with sound project management skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support regional and global initiatives.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage internal stakeholders professionally.
  • Analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in data and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
