JOB SUMMARY

  • We are seeking a skilled Data expert to lead the development of the data roadmap for digital marketing application such as PEGA CDH, CDP. The role involves identifying and sourcing systems, addressing data gaps, and delivering robust data solutions. The candidate will drive end to end data orchestration with expertise in SCB data architecture, PEGA applications and aligning the data product vision with business goals.
  • The role requires translating business needs into actionable product requirements, managing the backlog, and ensuring collaboration across among stakeholders, including business teams, data analysts, engineers, and testers. The goal is to enhance marketing technology applications by delivering scalable, strategic data integration solutions, that maximises value for the bank.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the Data roadmap for Digital Marketing applications i.e Pega CDH, CDP, etc...
  • Identifying the opportunities of data needs by understanding the current landscape and implement them to maximize the current value.
  • Providing solutions for both Batch and real time data sourcing methodologies
  • Actively support bank’s decisioning strategy development and implementation within Pega CDH to drive personalized customer experiences and maximize business outcomes
  • Create and manage the E2E Implementation of data orchestration with very strong knowledge in Pega CDH/CDP architecture, customization, configuration, integrations.
  • Setting the vision and roadmap for the data product. Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify key challenges and opportunities where data can provide solutions. 
  • Translating business needs into clear product requirements, they ensure the data product is strategically aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Collaboration between diverse teams, fostering communication between country business, data analysts, engineers, testers.
  • Manage the product backlog, writing and prioritizing user stories based on business impact and feasibility. This ensures development efforts are focused on the most critical functionalities that deliver the most value.
  • Ensure seamless integration of digital sales & engagement journeys with human assisted channels and drive use cases

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into effective decisioning strategies.
  • Partner with product, technology, program management, and other stakeholders to prioritize and plan roadmap items.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to stakeholders on best practices for utilizing Pega CDH for decisioning purposes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in decision management technologies, and incorporate relevant innovations into decisioning strategies.
  • Defines key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the product’s success. Analyse usage of data and user feedback to measure the product’s impact on business goals and identify areas for improvement. This ensures continuous optimization and maximizes the product’s effectiveness.

People & Talent 

  • Engage critical regional, global and functional stakeholders in the delivery of the Digital Sales & Distribution agenda and ensure strong alignment and sponsorship amongst peers and leaders. 
  • Collaborate with the Digital Sales and Marketing center of expertise as well as country digital heads to define capability's introduction and enhancement roadmap in line with strategies and priorities.
  • Establish a performance, collaborative and customer centric culture while ensuring execution certainty. 
  • Strengthen talent pool to support Digital Sales and engagement agenda

Risk Management

  • Responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling and mitigating risks to the Group. 
  • Create, enhance, and drive awareness and understanding of the main risks facing the Group and the role the individual plays in managing them.
  • Interprets relevant data and identifies key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures.
  • Ensure activities comply with relevant compliance, and security standards.

Governance 

  • Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the Group’s arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight, and controls in the business and, if necessary, oversee changes in these areas.
  • Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
  • Responsible for delivering ‘effective governance’; capability to challenge fellow executives effectively; and willingness to work with any local regulators in an open and cooperative manner.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Degree in marketing, Business administration or computer science. 
  • 10 plus years of experience in banking, client engagement, digital marketing, or a similar role with a focus on cross-sell, deepening, and traffic-driving initiatives. 
  • Experience in international and multicultural environment. 
  • Experience in interacting with diverse stakeholders including technology, risk and compliance area. 
  • Strong customer centric focus with decent understanding of product propositions and customer journey design. 
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and strong analytical skills in combination with innovative thinking.
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Execution focus and ability to move from details to vision
  • Experience in agile delivery and design thinking methodology understanding
