Job Summary

Role Purpose

•    Create mobile-first experiences that use the right mix of gamified mechanics, progress indicators, challenges, rewards, and contextual prompts to drive sustained engagement and completion of value-creating actions.
•    Keep gamification client-centred, transparent, and appropriate for a regulated banking environment, with clear outcomes instead of superficial interaction.
•    Lead and operationalise gamified mobile experiences across the client lifecycle, from onboarding and activation to engagement, cross-sell, up-sell, retention, and reactivation, with a focus on driving Net New Money, Wealth activation, and deepening outcomes.
•    Leverage Pega Customer Decision Hub and the wider MarTech stack to deliver personalised, context-aware Next Best Actions across digital and assisted channels.

Key Responsibilities

Mobile engagement and gamified experiences
•    Create mobile-first journeys that use the right gamified mechanics, progress indicators, challenges, rewards and contextual prompts to drive ongoing engagement and completion of value-creating actions.
•    Keep gamification client-centred, transparent and appropriate for a regulated banking environment, with clear outcomes rather than superficial interaction.

Lifecycle strategy and value delivery
•    Set the client lifecycle roadmap and prioritise high-impact use cases tied to client and business outcomes, focussing on the Affluent client segment with the needs on wealth and deposit products.
•    Base prioritisation and success measures on engagement, Net New Money, Wealth Management activation, product deepening, retention and reactivation.

Next Best Action and real-time decisioning
•    Develop segment, behaviour and lifecycle-specific strategies using transactional, behavioural and portfolio signals.
•    Implement always-on and event-triggered decisioning in Pega CDH, including eligibility, suitability, prioritisation, suppression, contact policy and fatigue management.

Omnichannel orchestration and personalisation
•    Build client experiences that turn behavioural insight into meaningful financial progress and measurable relationship value.
•    Solve complex lifecycle and decisioning challenges through experimentation, rapid learning and continuous simplification.
•    Collaborate across business, design, data and technology teams to bring scalable, mobile-first personalisation into production.
•    Define measurement frameworks and KPIs for engagement, conversion, Net New Money, Wealth Management activation and deepening.
•    Run A/B and multivariate tests, interpret performance and client-response data, and continuously optimise journeys, creative, prompts and offers.

Cross-functional product delivery and governance
•    Translate business priorities into roadmap items and work with country squads, Design, Data and Analytics, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, Programme Management, Legal, Compliance and Risk teams to deliver at scale.
•    Embed applicable conduct, regulatory and risk requirements, proactively escalating and resolving issues while improving delivery productivity and quality.

Our Ideal Candidate

Key Experiences:        
•    Hands-on experience shaping mobile banking journeys and engagement experiences, including gamified mechanics that support Net New Money, Wealth Management activation and relationship deepening
•    Demonstrated experience in digital product management, client lifecycle management, customer experience optimisation or digital sales transformation.
•    Experience delivering large-scale data, digital or business transformation in financial services or another regulated industry.
•    Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning concepts, data-driven decisioning, experimentation, data analysis and performance reporting.
•    Experience with Pega CDH and relevant MarTech capabilities such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target and customer data platforms.
Certifications / Qualifications (only where mandatory): 
•    Master’s or bachelor’s degree in management, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Pega CDH / ACM certification is preferred, not mandatory
