Job Summary
• The role holder is responsible for driving product enablement and delivery of strategic initiatives across the Private Bank platform. Working closely with Private Bank COOs, the role holder shapes the strategic vision, defines the transformation roadmap, and oversees the execution of key initiatives delivered through the OneDelivery framework. The focus is on innovation, business enablement, and enhancing client experiences, while ensuring the Private Bank scales efficiently and sustainably.
• The role supports the Private Bank COOs in advancing strategic platform initiatives, operational excellence, and end to end product delivery across the franchise. Acting as a central coordination point, the role partners with business, risk, operations, finance, and technology teams to ensure initiatives are effectively governed and successfully executed. The role provides senior management oversight of the Hive within the OneDelivery domain, ensuring its strategic direction and roadmap are fully aligned with business priorities and the Wealth Solutions COO strategy.
• The role holder works closely with business heads and functional stakeholders to translate strategy into clear, actionable initiatives, and to oversee product enablement and critical program deliverables. Strong project management, analytical capability, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to operate across multiple functions within a complex, global organisation.
Key Responsibilities include
• Responsible for PvB platform deliveries, including working with initiative owners and Hive leads to ensure project deliveries are effectively implemented across geographies. Also ensure risks are identified and mitigation plans are in place.
• Role holder will, in partnership with technology, define the strategic platforms and roadmap for private bank platforms in alignment with the business strategy and investment appetite.
• Track progress of key initiatives, coordinate and chairs the delivery prioritization for the private bank
• Awareness and understanding of the PvB Strategy, and all related business and functional strategies.
• Advise on, recommend and help facilitate significant strategic initiatives that advance the agenda and effectiveness of the Private Bank, in partnership with key stakeholders as appropriate
• Manage and track execution progress of approved initiatives to drive Private Bank transformation agenda.
• Provide strategically aligned leadership and direction to cross-business/ function initiatives during early stages, on request from COO, or business/ domain/ geography leaders.
• Maintain strong stakeholder engagement with Business, T&O, CFCR and Group Internal Audit to ensure alignment across stakeholder groups.
• Continuously improve productivity and efficiency of operations and drives continuous improvements of the teams’ ways of working
• Facilitate collaboration and alignment within/across teams, by building alliance across senior stakeholders and deepening business / functions’ stakeholder relationships
• Prepare reports, presentations, papers and review material to support discussions and decision making at One Delivery prioritization
• Understanding of the WRB process universe to appreciate horizontal delivery synergies
• Demonstrate and act as a role model of the Group’s values and culture in the region
• Lead and support a change in mindset, building a culture of client centricity, agility, and accountability through standardised metrics and measurement
• Set effective metrics and standards, transparently communicating them relevant stakeholders
• Ensure the provision of on-going training & development, ensure that direct reports are suitably skilled and qualified for their roles and that they have effective supervision in place to mitigate any risk
• Independently identify key issues and initiate efforts to assess and drive resolution, working in collaboration with WS COO and PvB COO team.
• Risk control and governance: ensuring oversight and driving improvement in the control & resilience agenda.
• Attend key governance meetings in line with the governance framework and monitor projects over their lifecycle.

Our Ideal Candidate
• 10+ years of experience in Banking / Wealth / Private Banking, with strong track record in transformation and change delivery
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional programmes and deliver end‑to‑end product enablement across regions
• Strong understanding of Private Banking platforms, operating models, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across business, technology, and control functions
• Highly analytical and proactive, with strong risk awareness and disciplined execution mindset
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior management and prepare executive materials
• Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to operate effectively in a global, matrix organisation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline
