Job Summary

As a Relationship Service Manager, International Banking, you will partner closely with Relationship Managers to support business growth through consistent service delivery and meaningful client engagement. You will manage day-to-day client servicing, transactions, documentation, and internal coordination while ensuring a seamless client experience and maintaining strong risk and control standards

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality service support by responding promptly and accurately to client banking queries and requests.
  • Manage account servicing and maintenance activities, ensuring account-related matters are resolved efficiently.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers and coordinate with internal teams to support client needs and resolve service issues.
  • Verify and process transactions accurately, promptly, and in line with established procedures.
  • Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
  • Track and manage client complaints, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate follow-up.
  • Participate in service initiatives to continuously improve the overall client experience.
  • Provide administrative support for Branch and Hub operations and assist with client events when required.
  • Maintain strong risk awareness, including the identification, escalation, and mitigation of potential fraud, conduct, and compliance risks.
  • Protect client information by complying with data privacy, banking secrecy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrate the Bank’s values and Code of Conduct while working collaboratively with key stakeholders across Branch, Operations, Product, Business Risk, Operational Risk, and Segments.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Min. 1 year experience in related field/role
  • Demonstrates good knowledge of the financial services industry.Has a strong client-service mindset and is committed to delivering a positive client experience.
  • Possesses excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage documentation and transactions accurately.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally and can build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Is well organised and able to prioritise urgent tasks effectively.
  • Works collaboratively and takes ownership of responsibilities.
  • Remains calm, resilient, and effective when working under pressure or facing challenges.
  • Demonstrates commercial awareness and a good understanding of business needs.
  • Acts with integrity and maintains a strong awareness of risk, compliance, fraud prevention, data privacy, and banking secrecy requirements.
