Title: Scrum Master - Plan Execution & Cut Over Manager

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced scrum master/project manager to take on a hybrid role that also covers agile delivery execution and cut over delivery for the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Simplification Program.
Managing third-party arrangements remains a key focus for global regulators. As part of our commitment to operational resilience and regulatory compliance, the Bank has invested in a market-leading TPRM platform, Process Unity, to enhance oversight, mitigate risks and drive efficiency in third-party management. This program is a key part of our global Supply Chain Management (SCM) transformation. This role is pivotal in delivering transformation delivering rapid change and driving dynamic engagement with high-level stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a will act as Scrum master while also driving the cross-functional execution planning and cutover strategy, ensuring the successful deployment of capabilities with minimal disruption to business and operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Scrum Master & Project Execution
• Steer the day to day delivery activities & agile ceremonies across workstream, ensuring momentum, resolving blockers
• Facilitate close coordination with the wider portfolio of Supply Chain Management (SCM) projects ensuring interdependencies are effectively identified, coordinated, and managed to support seamless delivery and eliminate friction
• Support the Business Analysts workstream to proactively stepping in to take ownership of key deliverables when required – ensuring accountability, driving progress, and enabling timely closure of critical initiatives
• Support product owners with backlog grooming, prioritisation, and sprint readiness enabling Programme director to focus on strategic alignment, horizon planning, and risk and issue management by ensuring seamless execution and oversight of delivery activities
• Optimise sprint scope to ensure focused delivery, efficient resource utilisation and consistent sprint outcomes
• Proactively identify, track, and resolve impediments that impact delivery
• Communicate delivery status, risks and escalations clearly and in a timely manner to programme director, senior management and relevant governance forums
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability
• Cutover planning and management
• Lead cutover strategy and playbook for transitioning from legacy systems to the new systems and processes
• Coordinate end-to-end cutover activities
• Ensure alignment with businesses, legacy systems owners and process owners, change management team, and delivery team

• Understanding and comply with Group standard policies and guidelines to ensure no breach of the global and bank standards.
• Assist in defining TPRM program strategy and delivering business solutions to meet the strategy.

• Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the Group operates

• Enable and facilitate structured conversations among process, experience lead and the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in re-engineering the process & experience for TPRM

• Team leadership, development, and resourcing of team to ensure business outcomes are achieved
• Ability to work under ambiguous business environments to provide clarity and facilitate discussions to reach consensus / business decisions
• Strong scope and accountability management
• Strong regular communication highlighting impediments and requesting help where required / reporting to management on progress
Risk Management
• Ensure potential risks and issues that could impact the project delivery are identified and develop corresponding to mitigation strategies to address the risks and issues
• Ensure risks and issues are monitored and managed

• Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.

Our Ideal Candidate
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10 + years of experience as delivery lead or scrum master, preferably in Third Party Risk Management project
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence
• Experience in deliveries using Agile methodology
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies in a matrixed environment.
• Results-driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality outputs within tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
