Job Summary
• Working as part of the Singapore Wealth Mgmt Operations (WMO) team to provide end-to- end support of Operational processes covering WM products of GBS and WMO hubs. The incumbent will work with key stakeholders across Corporate actions, Settlements, Asset Transfers, Account Maintenance, Tax Operations, Nostro, Sundry & Suspense Reconciliation and support Product Managers, Country / Group related Projects and Process enhancements on top of meeting Regulatory fulfilment of CN and Termsheet printing and reconciliation
Key Responsibilities
Business
• The job holder will work with WMO’s stakeholders including CMPS, Product, GBS hubs in KL & India, Contact Centre & Client experience teams, Compliance, Finance, and auditors to achieve Business and Operational efficiency targets. In addition, the job holder will assist in the collation, preparation and submission of weekly & Monthly Key MIS and Project updates to Management.
Processes
• The job holder will be required to manage day-to day BAU queries and activities related to Mutual Funds/ Fixed Income. He/She will be responsible for reviewing DOIs from Country and GBS teams and perform Balance Sheet reconciliation and substantiation for Wealth Solutions account balances including validation & attestation of all relevant Sundry and Suspense accounts against WM TPSS (Transaction Processing Settlement systems) on a daily and monthly basis. He / She will also manage the preparation, printing and mailing of Advices & Contract notes and general query processing instructions covering account opening and tax operations related queries in BCP coverage scenarios.
Governance
• The job holder will be responsible for assisting the Head of WSO SG in the governance of processing Hubs (GBS KL & India & WSO SG), Custodian and 3rd Party service providers including the conduct of Service and periodic risk reviews, and managing all queries related to operations, governance, tax, regulatory and statutory issues.

Our Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years’ experience working with Mutual Funds, Fixed Income, Structured Notes, Equities products
- Experience in managing Corporate Actions
- Provide Support to Wealth Solutions Operations processes within Country and Global Services (GBS)
- Provide Support to Wealth Product Managers timely
- Support Regulatory fulfilment
- Participating in project initiatives and taking up ad hoc tasks as required.
- Support Balance Sheet Substantiation and Reconciliation Management.
- Can work independent and be Team player
- Degree or equivalent
