JOB SUMMARY

Team

  • The WRB TTO Business Management Office helps drive and execute the overall strategic transformation agenda, including Technology Excellence and New Ways of Working. The team also collaborates closely with other senior business and functional leaders in the bank to build and drive the bank-wide transformation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This role involves end to end ownership of performance for all WRB Tech Management and CIO. The role will ensure all statistics are well managed and improvement areas are highlighted to the respective Management team member. The role will additionally involve working with relevant MT-1 to drive initiatives for improvement of the overall performance.

Metrics and Scorecard

  • Driving improvements on WRB S25 metrics
  • T&O Scorecard Key metrics improvements
  • Aim to automate (end to end - source to View) across all Metrics
  • Create domain specific Performance Scorecard for Layer 5 Management
  • Performance Scorecard for CIO
  • Highlight Risks and Issues relating to CIO’s performance
  • Work with WRB Tech MT on Key Initiatives
  • Converting data into meaningful and presentable information
  • Understand the overall Strategy of WRB Tech. One WRB Delivery, WRB Business and T8O to help articulate the overall messaging
  • Highlight Risks and Issues relating to CIO's Performance

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Degree with exposure to financial industry and technology. Financial and accounting background will be a plus
  • 10 years of experience in the banking industry
  • Exposure to process improvement, six sigma, lean is an added advantage
  • Good analytical and presentation skills

Role Specific Technical Competencies

  • Good Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel skills
  • SharePoint administration and Data Management    
  • Communication & Collaboration Tools (MS Teams, Zoom, etc.)
