  • This world class leading Bank is seeking for Senior Manager, Audit Analytics for Group Internal Audit’s Audit Analytics function. The function has used analytics and digital to improve the quality of audits and also achieved efficiencies. The qualified individual will assist in the execution of analytics strategy and help drive innovation in the function. The function objective is to enhance the department’s data analytics capability, innovate and optimise the use of data throughout the audit cycle including the development of effective continuous monitoring strategies.  
  • Support the Head of Audit Analytics Head in executing the analytics strategy to drive innovation using analytics, manage change, and communications. 
  • Drive change and innovation, and supports the delivery of the analytics initiatives and projects; working closely with the Analytics Portfolio and Innovation and Automation, and Advanced Analytics Leads and the wider GIA COO team stakeholders on regular basis
  • Facilitate and supports the analytics leads in workshops, hackathons, and refinement forums; backlog definition, prioritisation, action logs and minuted outcomes, and benefits measurement etc.

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of effective continuous monitoring and auditing strategies

  • Apply data and analytics techniques during the audit cycle for better efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work with key stakeholders to understand data flow, data points for key systems relevant to the audit portfoli

 Our Ideal Candidate

  • 10+ years of experience in data analysis preferably with internal audit, a risk function, a control function and/or previous experience in analysing business processes in a financial services environment 
  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous
  • Demonstrated record of successful, high impact change projects and outcomes in large and complex, multi-geography, multi-disciplinary projects, and a strong team player
  • Highly entrepreneurial with a high level of energy, dedication and an unrelenting drive to deliver value, with a track record in creative and successful problem-solving 
  • Good understanding of analytics and machine learning, and proven ability to understand problem statements and identify opportunities for use of analytics. . 
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Business (e.g., Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, Statistics) is preferred
