JOB SUMMARY
•    Manage a portfolio of corporate clients with a primary focus on Supply Chain Finance (SCF) – Receivables and Payables programs.
•    Responsible for the growth of SCF client revenues through structuring, deepening wallet penetration and scaling up programs. 
•    Day to day interactions with clients to: 
a)    identify new opportunities, 
b)    coordinate implementation of existing mandates, 
c)    agree on Credit and Asset Distribution Strategy, 
d)    identify / discuss opportunities for Product Innovation. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive Incremental Revenue Stream from Client
•    Identify and develop target wallet opportunities within allocated client segment. 
•    Support deal team on structuring new solutions (e.g. highlight benefits of market management, supplier analysis and onboarding timelines, etc.)
•    Complete market sizing, wallet share, competitor and other benchmarking analysis. 
•    Interact closely to provide product knowledge, support and guidance to other stakeholders including Relationship Management, Sales, Credit, and Operations. 
•    Work with partners to drive the client experience for allocated clients. 

Support of mandated SCF Programs Ramp-up
•    Facilitate realization of programs/facilities potential by leading frequent discussions with client project team, ensuring appropriate targets are set with client decision makers, appropriate team assigned, procurement training and ways of working agreed. 
•    Ensure client sees a smooth transition from working with Sales, Product, Implementations, Service etc.  
•    Accountable as the single-point-of-contact for clients for entire deal lifecycle and post-go live.

SCF Pipeline Management
•    Evaluate opportunities proposed by the sales teams and ensure resources are appropriately focused. 
•    Provide SCF product insights to internal stakeholders to ensure only the best most readily executable opportunities are pursued from outset. 

Client Engagement
•    Support production of 'best-in-class' marketing material for sales pitches (including client presentations and broader marketing materials), tailoring for client to maximize relevance (including use analytical tools like Working Capital Compass). 
•    Driving client engagement beyond treasury, to include procurement, operations, technology, and other stakeholders key for a successful program. 
•    Build deep client relationships to later leverage as reference clients. 

Portfolio Management
•    Review outputs of RDD reports and manage recommendations accordingly.
•    Point of escalation for risk issues that arise from portfolio monitoring.  E.g., late payments, partial payments, transaction monitoring, client credit downgrade, industry sector news affecting sellers or buyers etc).
•    Provide inputs for BCA renewals
•    Participate in deal review

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 5 + years of experience in trade finance
  • Receivables and Supplier Finance experience is preferred
  • Well versed with Microsoft Excel, VBA & PowerPoint
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Business communication skills
