Job Summary

  • The role of the Talent Acquisition Partner is to work with a portfolio of ventures in order to design and deliver a resourcing strategy
  • They will play the role of ambassador to ‘SCV The Brand’, ensuring the rest of the bank and the external market understands our value proposition as an enabler of the future while being a place of choice to work.
  • They will work in close partnership with the Talent Acquisition team to understand demand and ensure appropriate delivery across the entire ecosystem - including the core team, functions and ventures. 
  • They will need to create appropriate talent pipelines, ensuring we are planful in our hiring, focus on diversity & inclusion, with balanced assessments and operating at the pace of SCV. 
  • They will be part of a team of recruiters to deliver all hiring in the Function and partner closely with Executive TA, Lateral TA, NEW and Early Careers teams to ensure all hiring needs are clearly articulated and delivered in line with the agreed standards. 
  • They will be a champion of excellence in service delivery, putting employee experience at the heart of what they do and ensuring business stakeholder satisfaction with the overall hiring process and quality of candidates. 

Key Responsibilities

  • In partnership with the SCV Talent Acquisition team, define and deliver the short & medium term Resourcing needs of the business and put plans into place to manage these which are aligned to the global Resourcing Strategy
  • Contribute to creating a robust plan of hiring demand across SC Ventures and ensure that resource requirements in place to deliver these or activity prioritised in agreement with stakeholders.
  • Build partnerships and work closely with end to end CoE teams in Singapore, Bangalore and other country locations, in relation to compliance standards and delivery of end to end resourcing e.g. Staff Screening, On-boarding.
  • Conduct and share external market analysis to obtain relevant market intelligence which will enable the better identification of talent.

 

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated relationship and stakeholder management skills across diverse groups of people.
  • Have an extensive background in Talent Acquisition across functional and business areas for all levels of hiring.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and collaborate across business and functional areas and geography.
  • Demonstrate exceptional and unrelenting ethical behaviour on a daily basis.
  • Be a subject matter expert when it comes to all aspects of recruitment – inclusive of process management and candidate management.
