Custody Operation Support – Account opening Team
• The position is responsible to support account opening, static date maintenance, document arrangement for both FINI and domestic clients, including their investments onshore and offshore, ie. TW listed equity, mutual fund, TW government/corporate bonds, or offshore securities/bonds…etc
• To ensure the accurate, complaint, and highly efficient processing of client onboarding, date maintenance, delivering an exception experience for client. This role involves strict adherence to internal risk control, regulatory requirements and operation excellence standards to safeguard company assets while supporting robust business growth. Consistently deliver quality work to strengthen the Group's reputation
Key Responsibilities
Custody Operations Support on MFA Team
• Account Verification & Processing: Conduct thorough reviews of account opening applications for both
FINI and domestic clients, ensuring the completeness, authenticity, and accuracy of all required
documentation. To perform clerical jobs as assigned by the section supervisor in accordance with their instructions, DOI, Group Policy
• Compliance & Risk Management: Strictly execute Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) due diligence. Identify potential high-risk clients, Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), or suspicious transaction patterns, and handle escalations or reporting promptly. To Complete mandatory Trust training 12 hours every 3 years
• Process Optimization & Efficiency: Contribute good ideas and participate in projects to optimize working efficiency. Introduce automation mindsets or systemic tools to reduce repetitive manual verification, minimize error rates, and shorten the Turnaround Time.
• Cross-departmental Collaboration: Maintain close communication and liaison with client service, other operations and IT teams to resolve complex or non-standard cases and ensure smooth communication channels. To keep in contact with counterparty if necessary while performing daily work
• Support & Resolution: Escalated issues to section supervisor for guidance. Actively contributes to successful project delivery by taking ownership of tasks, meeting deadlines, and collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders. Helps remove obstacles, shares knowledge and willingness to accept challenges and changes
• Data Maintenance & Reporting: Verified and maintain high standards of data quality by instruction. To produce the client report. Ei. Statement, MIS, client data, reconciliation

• Support daily business to provide client solutions.

• Ensure BAU is accurate and timely completed. Focus on simplification and efficiency to reduce manual work.

• Ensure follow DOI to prevent risks and escalate any potential issues to discuss with manager.

• Escalate any issues to manager and department head.

Qualifications
Education Bachelor's Degree or Related Discipline
Training Trust training 12 hours every 3 years
Licenses Proficiency Test for Trust Operations Personnel; Basic Test on Financial Markets and Professional Ethics.
2-5 year of experience in operation
Languages English, Mandarin
