Job Summary
The Specialist, Client Delivery in our Riyadh office plays a crucial role in orchestrating the end-to-end client management processes within Standard Chartered's dynamic Corporate, Commercial & Institutional Banking division. This position requires a proactive approach to ensure seamless collaboration across multiple stakeholders and functions, delivering an exceptional client experience that drives client readiness to transact efficiently, whether in straightforward or complex scenarios. The role is responsible for aligning client management strategies with the broader CCIB business priorities, ensuring business agility and responsiveness to clients' evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy
- Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Product Sales, Operations, and other internal partners to proactively resolve client issues and uncover opportunities for service enhancement.
- Drive the scalable and consistent implementation of the Client Management model, tailoring service levels according to client segmentation and value tiers to optimize client satisfaction and engagement.
- Maintain rigorous adherence to agreed service delivery standards, focusing on minimizing errors and enhancing client confidence in our processes.
Automation and Streamlining
- Lead initiatives aimed at streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks to improve operational efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
- Ensure compliance with updates to the Client Management destination model and Directives on Operational Implementation (DOIs), adapting workflows accordingly.
Business Partnership
- Maintain continuous alignment between the CCIB division and Client Management teams, facilitating regular communication on business priorities and potential service gaps.
- Provide expert support and consultancy to Relationship Managers within lending units regarding documentation origination and compliance requirements.
- Deliver exemplary client service and advisory support across Corporate, Commercial, Institutional Banking and Business Banking sectors, fostering trusted relationships and repeat business.

- Business and Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of banking products, client requirements, and market trends to support tailored client solutions.
