Job Summary
We are seeking an Adobe Real-Time CDP Specialist to join our Martech Adobe Product Chapter The ideal candidate will have about 10 years of experience in working with any Industry leading customer data platform and at least 5 years of hands on experience with Adobe’s Experience Cloud /AEP eco system covering data ingestion, segmentation and audience activation using Adobe's Real-Time CDP (B2C)

- Design , configure and implement Adobe Real-Time CDP platform data ingestion – batch and streaming
- Build end to end data pipeline from ingestion to activation covering error handling & observability
- Design and optimize Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas to ensure scalable and efficient data structures.
- Optimize the platform to ensure high-quality data integration and segmentation.
- Configure identity stitching (e.g., CRM IDs, hashed emails) and build audience segments for targeted, real-time personalization
- Enforce data governance, privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA), and data usage labels within the platform
- Ensure adherence to Bank’s standards and acceptance at architectural review meeting.
- Development of Data Flows/Data Sets/Strategies required to support the Reporting Requirements
- Build deployment automation using AEP APIs
Build monitoring platforms to have observability on Data ingestions
Reviewing and contributing to the deployment activities and practices

Qualifications
- 10+ years of Digital and Data management experience, focusing on customer data platforms.
- Minimum of 3 successful projects involving Adobe Real-Time CDP (B2C) and handling batch and streaming data ingestion and processing
- Experience with hands-on implementation and or managing daily operations of Experience Platform AEP SDK , Data Ingestion (Batch/Streaming), Experience Data Model (XDM) Schemas, Identity Graph & Merge Policies, Data Governance
- Proven track record in unifying fragmented, omnichannel data into Real-Time Customer Profiles to drive predictive audience segmentation, personalization, and cross-channel activation
- Strong understanding of Database , ETL , data analytics, segmentation, and marketing strategies.
- Proficient in integrating Adobe CDP with various digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Expertise in the batch and real-time data processing technologies, big-data & SQL skills
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
