Business
• Very good Understanding of functional flows related to Retail Banking,
Processes
• Very Good Understanding of the Scrum framework (roles, artefacts and Ceremonies). Specifically, an understanding of the Scrum Team member role and underlying values of Scrum and Agile principles is Must for this position.
• Participate and Facilitates all the Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Refinement, Retrospective, Sprint Review/Demo.
• Ability to accept and resolve team indicated impediments to delivery and work within the organization to remove these impediments efficiently
• Support for meeting overall delivery schedules
Risk Management
• Ability to identify project risks and help the team to mitigate the risks
Governance
• Communicate information regarding changes and milestones reached.
• Knowledge Software Change management and manage technical artifcats

Qualifications
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Very good understanding and working experience on workflow delivery systems
• Deep experience on retail TP systems (ex: eBBS, RLS)
• Very good understanding and working experience on RDMS (ex: oracle, postgress)
• Hands on experience on low code / no code platform
• Basic knowledge on java and RDBMS
• Understand user requirements and solution architecture
• Technically hands on in software projects through all stages of the life cycle, including responsibility towards understanding and capturing requirements, design, development and acceptance testing
• Manage the interface teams from service spec understanding to implementation
• Debugging and resolving technical problems that arise.
• Perform coding / code review in line with existing architecture boundaries, use best practices and coding standards
• Responsible for meeting overall delivery schedules
• Co-ordinate with the teams to resolve issues (thru clarification, data fixes and program fixes following required process) in development & test environments
• Participate UAT calls and provides stake holders clarifications
• Support production rollouts and change implementations followed by successful UVT
• Participate daily scrum meetings and track tasks via scrum tools (ex ADO , JIRA)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
