JOB SUMMARY
Accountable to establish, roll-out and maintain foundational authentication & authorization processes, SOPs and playbooks inline to the bank’s Identity and Access Management standards. The role expects sound knowledge and experience across identity and access management domain with added skills to understand & capture workflows, create controls onboarding documentation associated to APIs, AI, Customer Logins, Third-Party Access, Externally Connected Networks. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication and presentation skills combined with stakeholder engagement, good analytical skills and ability to prioritize and deliver on committed deliverables
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
Explore means to automate and streamline authentication & authorization processes for the bank that can be scalable providing almost real-time status of the IAM control’s hygiene.
Business
Collaborate with Business domains to identify process / control gaps and work with the internal IAM service leads to uplift the IAM capabilities.
Processes
Establish / Uplift processes & procedures in alignment ICS-IAM standards including SOPs.
People & Talent
Work with various stakeholders within authentication & authorization service, engineering domains, Risk & Compliance, CISOs, External Client Access Management teams, Third Party Security Assessment teams to ensure effective governance and oversight.
Risk Management
Support in addressing any open audit, M7 issues associated to IAM domain.
Governance
Work with IAM controls metrics team to track and monitor the process efficacy across IAM domain.
