Job Description
We’re looking for a Manager, Affluent Segment Proposition to help shape and deliver a compelling wealth proposition for Priority Banking clients within a key international hub in Jersey.
In this role, you will partner closely with Product, Segment and Client Experience leadership to bring wealth expertise to life—supporting cross-border banking capabilities and enabling clients to grow and diversify their portfolios. You’ll play a critical role in driving client engagement, strengthening market positioning, and delivering measurable business outcomes across key affluent KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of the Affluent segment strategy, delivering against KPIs such as Wealth Income, Net New Money (NNM), and client growth
- Develop and enhance a compelling value proposition for Priority Banking clients, aligned to global strategy
- Strengthen the cross-border wealth offering by translating expertise into client-facing solutions and narratives
- Conduct competitor benchmarking, client research, and gather frontline feedback to inform strategy
- Partner with internal teams (e.g. Alliances, Sales, Marketing) to identify opportunities, generate leads, and enhance client acquisition
- Activate and optimise multiple lead channels (digital, referrals, campaigns, network) to support business growth
- Equip frontline teams with effective marketing tools and content to support client engagement
- Manage and improve cross-border referral programmes and processes
- Drive portfolio growth through increased client activity and product penetration
- Deliver client-centric initiatives, including rewards programmes aligned to global affluent strategy
- Leverage data and analytics to improve client engagement, upselling, and segment migration
- Ensure strong governance by proactively managing risk, compliance, and control frameworks
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in affluent, wealth, or segment proposition roles within financial services
- Strong understanding of Affluent client segmentation and value propositions
- Experience delivering against KPIs such as NNM, client growth, and portfolio expansion
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Solid marketing and brand capability, including content and campaign management
- Strong analytical mindset, with experience using insights to drive decision-making
- Understanding of risk management frameworks and regulatory environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Experience within a global banking environment (particularly WRB/Affluent markets) is advantageous
- Fluent in English
