Job Summary
You will play an important role in supporting corporate clients throughout their lifecycle with the Bank, helping to resolve enquiries, facilitate efficient service delivery, and contribute to strong client relationships. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop broad exposure to Corporate and Investment Banking products, client management processes, and stakeholder engagement across a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Support the delivery of a high-quality client experience across Corporate and Investment Banking clients.
- Build effective working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to support day-to-day client needs.
- Assist Relationship Managers and partner teams in coordinating client requests and resolving service-related issues.
- Maintain regular engagement with clients to facilitate seamless execution of onboarding, documentation, and servicing activities.
- Contribute to achieving strong client satisfaction and relationship health outcomes.
Client Lifecycle Management
- Support end-to-end client management activities, including onboarding, due diligence, documentation, account maintenance, and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests are completed accurately and within agreed service standards.
- Monitor progress of client cases and proactively follow up on outstanding items to support timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure relevant client information is updated within Bank systems.
- Assist in managing documentation requirements and ensuring completeness of client records.
Operational Excellence
- Follow established procedures and first-time-right principles to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and the client experience.
- Support process improvement initiatives and adoption of best practices.
- Escalate issues appropriately and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve effective outcomes.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Relationship Managers, Product Partners, Operations, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Client Management teams.
- Support the coordination of activities across teams to ensure efficient client service delivery.
- Develop a strong understanding of client needs and business priorities.
Risk, Governance & Compliance
- Adhere to all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support effective risk management by identifying and escalating issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain high standards of data confidentiality and document management.
- Complete all required compliance and regulatory training.
Qualifications

Proficiency in one or more Nordic languages would be considered an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field.
- Experience in client service, corporate banking, financial services, client onboarding, account management, operations, or a similar client-facing environment.
- Strong client-focused mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills, with strong written and verbal English proficiency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy and operational excellence.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and contribute to practical solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, functions, and levels of the organization.
- Proactive, self-motivated approach with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Understanding of risk, compliance, regulatory requirements, and AML principles within financial services, or willingness to develop expertise in these areas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong knowledge of client onboarding, client lifecycle management, credit documentation, lending products, banking operations, and KYC processes is advantageous.
- Experience in Client Management, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Credit Operations, Loan Operations, or a related financial services environment.
- Experience working within international, multicultural, or matrix organizations is beneficial.
- Relevant certifications in Risk, Compliance, AML, or Banking Operations are an advantage, or willingness to obtain them in line with business requirements.
- Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and a strong commitment to the Bank's Values and Code of Conduct.
