JOB SUMMARY

•    Electronic write-off system- Reconciliation and write-off operations 
•    Compare the Electronic write-off system Tandem account transaction details vs. RPS daily statement and perform write-off operations 
•    Interest expense reconciliation
•    Prepare interest expense reconciliation statement 
•    Annual tax file amount verification 
•    FCS Template preparation and reporting operations 
•    Prepare new supporting evidence and maintain data tables, and check branch supporting documents 
•    Sundry or Suspense Report 
•    FCS submission 
•    Preparate for aging analysis table 
•    Complete for an inventory of supporting documents 
•    Compilation of detailed announcement of long-outstanding accounts on Team Site 
•    Prepare supporting evidence detailed list E-mail to Finance & BS Team 
•    Others 
•    Branch GL Balance Query Report Significant Management

RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Draft, review, and manage outsourcing contracts, ensuring compliance.
•    Regularly hold service quality meetings with vendors to evaluate and improve services.
•    Support Cheque operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
•    Support the Recon department with daily financial processing.
•    Manage the operation and maintenance of branch queue systems to ensure proper functionality.

Strategy
Awareness and understanding of the Group's business strategy and model appropriate to the role 
•    Develop and implement effective outsourcing contract management strategies to ensure high-quality service from suppliers.
•    Establish and maintain vendor relationships to promote long-term cooperation.

Business
Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the Group operates
•    Ensure all outsourcing contract and supplier management activities support the company's business objectives.
•    Support Cheque and Recon operations to ensure smooth daily BAU (Business As Usual) processes.

Processes
Responsible for executing branch reconciliation process 
•    Establish and optimize outsourcing contract management processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
•    Follow DOI to support Cheque and Recon processing.

Risk Management
•    Implement change and transformation initiatives to ensure continuing alignment with regulation and to integrate new technologies and approaches for settlement & reconciliation operations to use efficiently and effectively

Governance 
•    Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
