JOB SUMMARY
- To perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for daily operations support of Collection.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
- Well Awareness and understanding of the Group’s business strategy and model appropriate to the role
Business
- Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the Group operates
Processes
- To ensure daily works meet with internal control and compliance such as code of conduct, Collection Boundary List, etc.
Risk Management
- The ability to interpret the Group’s financial information, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures
Regulatory & Business Conduct
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
- Lead the [TW /CPBB / Risk / Collection ] to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles
- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Other Responsibilities
- Ensure all messages can be deliverable and contactable, to fulfil the request of operation and quality.
- To avoid of cost wasting and facilitate operational efficiency, a good internal communication is necessary.
- Ensure all responsible operations can be completed for BAU.
- To be other staff deputy.
Qualification
- Strong organizational and administrative work skills.
- Well communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, keep tracing and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends, holidays and overtime as necessary to meet business needs
- Independent worker with strong time management skills
- Basic knowledge in all functions of Unsecured/Secured/BB portfolio operations.
- Standard in spoken and written English
- Experience and understanding of use computer systems, especially P/C, Word/Excel/Outlook
