財富管理交易作業專員 :

1. 負責專案管理相關工作，包括制定專案計畫、進度追蹤及資源分配。
2. 負責證券後段交割的相關作業，確保交易準確無誤。
3. 具備會計基本知識，協助處理會計報表及數據分析。
4. 與內部各部門及外部合作夥伴（如香港保銀）進行有效溝通，促進資訊流通。
5. 支援財富管理作業部門的其他後勤和行政相關事務。

RESPONSIBILITIES

Risk Management

• To ensure the KCSA execution on schedule without overdue.
• Escalate to LM and BRM once OR issues and losses have been identified. 
• To keep and maintain the record appropriate for audit trail.
• To maintain and investigate the DOI and Memo 

Governance 

• To comply with the Group’s value behavior and code of conduct. 
• To familiar and comply with all regulations, laws and group standard. 
• To complete all required training without overdue. 

Regulatory & Business Conduct 

• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles 
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

• English capability
