JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of this role is to:
The purpose of this role is to ensure that the system application meets specified functionality, performance, and usability requirements before deployment. The role acts as a gatekeeper for quality, detecting error and to avoid costly defects in production while ensuring a satisfying experience for end users. The suitable candidate will collaborates with people form cross functionality Team (System Development Team, Product Team, Risk Team, RM, Ops Team and etc.) to validate that the system aligns with requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
• Assist in the preparation of BRD and FSD process for waterfall methodology
• Participate in agile ceremonies (Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, review, retrospectives) to algin testing with development goals
• Prepare test strategy, test plan and test cases according to the requirement obtained from stakeholders including product owners and IT team
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide guidance to business users ensure testing completion in a timely manner
• Log defects with clear reproductions steps, severity, priority and supporting evidence in ADO and keep track of the status
• Prepare test reports, defect metrics, and quality dashboards for management reviews
• Mentor junior tester and share knowledge of testing best practice

• Familiar with system SIT, UAT and roll out process, this position to facilitate WM systems enhancement testing.
Risk Management
• Identify and share industry best practices and work with the businesses for their feasibility and implementation
• Act quickly and decisively when any risk and control weakness become apparent and ensure they are addressed within an acceptable timeframe and/or escalated through process owners or risk committee
Governance
• To facilitate WM transaction system testing to comply with governance framework.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• To facilitate WM system testing to comply with regulation requirement.
