JOB SUMMARY
The role holder is responsible for:
EWC, Employee Welfare Committee administration
ER operation & governance, e.g. update of case progress into the Employee Relations Case Management system (ERCMS) record and collate and prepare case artefacts for storage into the relevant p-file
Support DM, GM, Redundancy process and meeting administration activities
Adhere to process controls to mitigate operation risk
Support other process managed by ER head and managers

RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
Shaping country behaviors and culture through protecting the Bank against employee-related risk by: 

Ensuring that the relationship between the Bank and its employees is managed appropriately within the Group ER and Conduct framework underpinned by clear standards and ultimately by relevant employment law
Effectively managing key external stakeholder relationships with employee representative bodies, legal firms and local labor ministries (where relevant locally)

Business
Champion ER’s purpose and vision – be a brand ambassador for ER and the ER agenda.  

Processes
Support ER Products and Processes : Disciplinary Management, Grievance Management, Collective Consultation, Performance Improvement Planning, Redundancy and others 

Understand all admin needs from ER team and be flexible, strategic thinking and customer oriented to meet those needs
Draft the Hearing Invitation with effective allegations provided 
Logistic of Hearing Panel meeting arranged with ‘Hearing Pack’ included
Update the ERCMS case with Hearing dates and Panel composition
Post the Hearing, support the HR Case Manager to complete the Outcome letter (per needed)
Close the ERCMS case, with the posted outcome in a timely manner
Draft the Appeal Hearing Invitation or offline Appeal decision, as required by the case manager
Create the Appeal case in ERCMS and link to parent DM or GM case; update parent ERCMS case with Appeal case ID
Assist the case manager to ensure all key stakeholders are informed about the disciplinary outcome
Review all case documentation to ensure presence of all required artefacts are; send documents to AskHR to store in employee’s p-file
Review ERCMS case to ensure all details are accurately recorded.
Drafting of invitation and outcome letters
Support for reviewing, promoting and supervising employee welfare business and planning, custody and utilizing employee welfare fund for EWC
