JOB SUMMARY
Act as the Country Project Manager (PM) for Aspire, responsible for coordinating, facilitating, and ensuring the successful local implementation of Aspire-related initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
Awareness and understanding of the Group's Aspire project and model appropriate to the role.
Business
Project Coordination & Delivery
Coordinate and support Aspire related projects, including
• Onboarding TP systems to the Subledger (e.g. Credit Card, FX Options)
• Adoption of Local downstream reporting for Aspire
• MCA (Multi-Currency Accounting) project for Spot position revaluation and sweep.
Processes
1. Cross-Functional stakeholder Management
Facilitate effective communication and alignment between Country teams (including Finance, IT, Operations, and Risk) and the Aspire Project team.
2. Testing & Go-live Readiness
Coordinate all preparations and parallel run testing to support PSGL decommissioning, including OBU ledger enhancement.
3. Ongoing Project Engagement
• Participate in all regular and ad-hoc meeting and activities related to Aspire.
People & Talent
• Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
Risk Management
• The ability to interpret the information from stakeholders , identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures.
Governance
• Responsible for tracking and monitoring project progress, milestones, and key deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the accounting system implementation projects.

• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

• Finance, IT, Operations, Risk and the Aspire Project team.
Qualification
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Languages: Native in Mandarin and English Proficiency with strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with stakeholders
Role Specific Technical Competencies
• Project Coordination and Project Management skill
• Preferrable with banking industry experience
• Ideally 5+ years’ experience in financial industry
• With banking product know-how (ie credit card, FX, options…) will be a plus
• Soft Skills on the following dimensions: Action Oriented, Collaborates, Customer Focus, Courage
