Title: Associate, Regulatory Reporting

Key Responsibilities
Regulatory report submission and risk control management
- Responsible for regulatory reports preparation of security and derivative products.
- CBC daily NOP (net of position) reconciliation and submission.
- To maintain and ensure the Tandem FX system (寰訊) in compliance with the requirement from CBC, FSC, OTC, SEC or other regulators for responsible reports.
- To undertake periodic risk assessment, compliance assessment exercise on key controls to assess the proper functioning and adequacy of operational risk controls.
Assist ad hoc jobs assigned by line manager

- 負責衍生性金融商品及債票券類官署報表報送
- 央行每日外匯部位日報表報送及帳務調節
- 維護及確保Tandem FX系統(寰訊)符合中央銀行、金融監督管理委員會、櫃檯買賣中心、證券交易委員會或其他監管機構對相關報告的要求
- 進行定期的風險評估、法遵自評,以評估作業風險控制的運作正確和適當性
處理主管分配的臨時性工作
