Job Description: 

Job Summary

Strategy

•    Support Community Impact, Brand and Sponsorship (CIBS) team administrative matters
•    Support for SC Taipei Charity Marathon (SCTCM) and LFC event execution across different vendors/ teams
•    Support SCTCM staff and client engagement

Business

Marathon Project Support

•    Marathon event website regular updates to follow up with vendor
•    Staff engagement activities and internal broadcasting 
•    Help with Marathon storage in and out 
•    Race day staff tent management 
•    Race day logistic arrangement 

Marathon social media content support

•    Support social media content- video/ photo shooting
•    Back up of marathon social media management

Support Community Impact for Marathon

•    Support VI runners' invitation / VI running clinic 
•    Support employee volunteering opportunities

Marathon Event support

•    RSVP to event registration 
•    Invitation and hospitality services to VIP clients
•    Support project lead in stakeholders’ communication both internally and externally 
•    Support with administration work such as registration monitoring and reporting, sponsorship updates
•    Ad-hoc duties at events including, but not limited to, sponsor booths arrangement/ VIP & Staff tent / storage delivering etc. 
•    Invitation and hospitality services to VIP clients

CABM Team Support

•    Support CABM administrative matters
•    Asist storeroom management

Processes

•    Manage all segments to align with our Brand guideline.
•    Manage and ensure our relevant colleagues/ third parties to align with Sponsorship standards and desk operating instructions
•    Support vendor management

People & Talent

•    Set individual objectives and goals to align corporate and CABM strategy
•    Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of people and ensure all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for individual role to deliver better performance  

Risk Management

•    Ensure a full understanding and effective management of the risk and control environment in area of responsibility and actively seek advice from specialists wherever required.
•    Ensure all material risk is identified, assessed, mitigate, monitored and reported, and that known risks are controlled within acceptable boundaries and to consistent standards.
•    Ensure all applicable policies, procedures, limits and other risk control requirements are implemented and complied with.  Ensure that applicable external rules and regulations are complied with. 
•    Align business (or functional) strategy with Risk Tolerance and Appetite and seek to optimize the risk-return profile of the business.

Governance

•    Ensure adherence to the Risk Management Framework, Group Code of Conduct and various Policies, Procedures and Guidelines of the Bank by the regional Corporate Affairs and Brand & Marketing teams
•    Maintain robust business and regulatory governance standard by adhering to relevant process, policies and procedures.
•    Maintain high awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the business operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role

•    Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 
•    Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
•    Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Qualifications

•    Education     Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
•    Training     With a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
