Job Description: 

JOB SUMMARY

•    5 years above Wealth management product related experience.
•    Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with Country Senior management and respective Group stakeholders
•    Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders including cross functional departments, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
•    Create comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with business objectives
•    Ensure all project activities comply with banking regulations, data privacy laws, and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of compliance and governance
•    Oversee quality assurance processes (UAT & UVT) to ensure deliverables meet the required standards and specifications
•    Assist in the preparation of BRD and FSD process for waterfall methodology
•    Participate in agile ceremonies (Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, review, retrospectives) to algin testing with development goals
•    Ad-Hoc Task

•    Being a part to delivering ROTE, process simplification and enhance sales monitoring process
•    Client experience optimization
•    Wealth management related digital platform delivery and maintenance

Processes
•    Owner to deliver Wealth product digital capabilities and familiar with project management process.
•    Owner to deliver existing system enhancement and shape the flow to balance client experience design and control mechanism.

People & Talent

  • Potential People leader role to be identified to motivate other team member

Risk Management
•    Ensure adequate procedures/controls are in place for risk prevention. 
•    Escalate operational risk to line manager and BRM if any.
•    Regularly review DOI and Memo to ensure internal standards / external regulations are complied.

Governance
•    Ensure all assurance deliverables are as per the required standards and policies.
•    Ensure regular engagement and management of process change and all relevant risk requirements.
•    Follow Group’s code and conduct and value behaviours. 
•    Comply with regulations and Group’s standards.
•    Complete all the mandatory training courses.

Regulatory & Business Conduct

•    Facility control and compliance for WM related business and support business growth
•    Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 
•    Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

Other Responsibilities

•    Embed Here for good and Group’s brand and values in TW WM Platform and Processes Team; Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures.
•    Work on cost reduction and work efficiency uplift tasks.
•    Be the deputy of other staff.

Our Ideal Candidate
•    5 years above of financial institution experience either from banks,  wealth management related business or WML business background.
•    Familiar with TW WM related regulations.
•    Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, able to co-work with global teams.
•    Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
•    Ms office skill required, excelled at Word/PPT/Excel, etc.
•    Multi-tasking and project management experience is a plus. 
•    Education     Bachelor or above Degree holder    
•    Licenses    

  1. Trust License(信託) - mandatory
  2. Security license(證券) – nice to have
  3.  Internal control(內控) – nice to have
