JOB SUMMARY

Provide high quality work to support CMPS product initiatives / projects in terms of the following:
•    Initiate, deliver, and drive CMPS product projects from product manager perspective. And accomplish with comprehensive results.
•    Generate and review end-to-end process regarding product onboarding with relevant stakeholders. Or streamline the product onboarding process with quality result.
•    Provide solutions on sales process or customer journey to improve customer’s’ experience on CMPS product.
•    Solving any issues or response question regarding the CMPS product projects or initiatives.
•    Facilitate troubleshooting and problem solving with various stakeholder including but not limit to IT, OPS, frontline, 3rd parties, control functions, and group team.
•    Communicate and work with product providers about projects including but not limited to new product initiative, product change, or channel enhancement etc.
•    Review and complete all the product governance for CMPS product initiatives / projects.
•    Participate in SIT and UAT, which includes but not limits to preparing the test strategies, test data, executing test, issue reporting and tracking.
•    Assist in project governance.
•    Generate managerial reports.
•    Participate in new product design / project management.

Our Ideal Candidate
Essential
•    Have experience in doing system testing (SIT and UAT). 
•    Work in an agile environment with different teams across different locations
•    Able to work independently
•    Good communication skills in English and Mandarin

Preferable / Optional
•    Experience in equities or wealth management systems
•    Knowledge in stock markets in HK and US
•    Worked in financial institutes or banks
•    Used Jira and confluence page
•    Have basic knowledge of Linux / Unix / Restful API
•    Able to write simple SQL statements to retrieve and modify data in relational database such as Oracle
