Job Summary

Responsible for CMPS product all related items included but not limited to the following:
•    Monitoring product performance and managerial reports
•    Ensuring the End-to-end product sales process meet quality standard including new payoffs, new issuers, or new product tranches
•    Managing all product related governance including maintaining existing products and onboard new products 
•    Build and develop project for new product initiative with different stakeholders
•    Streamline and simplify the product onboarding process with quality result
•    Solving any issues or response question from all frontline about CMPS product 
•    Facilitate troubleshooting and problem solving for products with various stakeholder including but not limit to IT, OPS, frontline, issuer
•    Communicate with issuers, group team, senior management about product related including but not limited to product request, product issue, or settlement issue
•    Coordinate in UAT, which includes but not limits to preparing the test strategies, test cases, and executing test, issue reporting and tracking

Skills and Experience

Essential
•    Have experience in doing system testing (SIT and UAT). 
•    Work in an agile environment with different teams across different locations
•    Able to work independently
•    Good communication skills in English and Mandarin

Preferable / Optional
•    Experience in equities or wealth management systems
•    Knowledge in stock markets in HK and US
•    Worked in financial institutes or banks
•    Used Jira and confluence page
•    Have basic knowledge of Linux / Unix / Restful API
•    Able to write simple SQL statements to retrieve and modify data in relational database such as Oracle
