Title: Director, Sales Performance manager

Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen Sales Scorecard and direct sales to the right behaviour in line with RB strategic focus
- Build timely MI to support sales performance management
- Support the PIP guidance and process
- Ensuring that governance frameworks and controls are being considered thoroughly and maintained throughout the change process.
- Provide analytics and customer insights to support business decisions and better targeting via delivery of:
- Customer segmentation
- Acquisition/X-sell/Deepening/Usage targeting
- Behavioural modelling
- Customer and product profitability analyses
- Co-work and coordinate with Country business teams and Group RA on leads planning and monitor execution of leads campaigns.
- Ensure the team adhere to Group/Country policies, processes, standards and guidelines related to the function.
- Maintain awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
Skills and Experience
- Functional knowledge
- Enhanced retail banking products and customer segment knowledges
- Market and competitor knowledges
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong Inter-personal skills and ability to influence and collaborate with related stakeholders.
Qualifications
- University / College degree, or equivalent / better
- At least ten years of relevant experience in a sales or financial industry experience
- Languages – Fluency in English and Mandarin
