RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Management
Talent development and team management, ensuring conduct and regulation is complied
Product
Formulize product strategy, lead product development with Insurers, ensure product competitiveness against market.
Work with teams in the Head Office (Singapore) for product approvals and business/project updates
Business Strategy and Management
Develop Banca business strategy, including Joint Plan with Prudential, product strategy, sales strategy, incentives and campaigns, client activities and lead management
Marketing allowance accounting and management, ensuring maximum effectiveness of marketing allowance usage and compliance with law
Negotiation with PCALT including but not limit to product offer and multiplier and other business terms
Work with Distribution for improving business performance including APE, Revenue and product mix.
Partner Management
Manage relationship with business partner including PCALT, Chubb, MSIG and Fubon GI partners
Governance
Be accountable and upkeep governance standards to meet Bank’s and Regulatory rules and regulations
Regulatory & Business Conduct
Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
